Schrott Ware. Kein Halt für den Busen. Die Firme rät von einer Rücksendung ab, da Kosten zu hoch. Die Angebote zur Entschädigung sind grottenschlecht. Bitte nie dort etwas bestellen.

Ein Stern = mindestens 2 zuviel!!! Kompletter Schrott BH, macht aus Brüsten Pfannkuchenform! Rücksendung Fehlanzeige! Finger weg, nichts bestellen!!

Diese BH's sind gar nicht zu empfehlen!
Was hier in der Werbung versprochen wird ist nicht realistisch.
Auch bei einer normalen Oberweite bietet er keinen Halt.
Eine Rücksendung kostet fast so viel wie die Ware- also wandern die Teile in den Müll- schade um das Geld und eine Warnung an evtl. Kunden!

Ware hält überhaupt nicht das, was sie verspricht. Passform null, kann nur entsorgt werden. Von Entlastung bei den BHs kann keine Rede sein. Umtausch fast unmöglich und wenn doch, dann für richtig viel Geld. Nie mehr und ich kann nur allen Menschen raten, Hände weg von dieser Firma bzw diesen Produkten.

Die BH's haben überhaupt nicht gepasst. viel zu groß für die bestellte Größe, Sehr schlechte Qualität und keinerlei Stützfunktion. Wollte die Ware zurückgeben.
zig Mails geschrieben. Es kamen diversen Angebote und Versprechen für Gutscheine, wenn man die Ware behält. Irgendwann wurde eine Adresse in China mitgeteilt, an die man die Ware zurückschicken kann. Zu horrenden Versandkosten. Bis das Zeug in China ankommt, sind die 30 Tage eh vorbei.
alles leere Versprechungen, unlauteres Geschäftsgebaren, Betrug.

Avoid! Do NOT order from this company! Product did not fit. Emailed to request an exchange. I have still not received a response. Their refund policy is very poor. You have to email them and receive a reply to get a return address before you can send the items back, and the return needs to be done within 30 days. So if they don’t reply to your email, you can’t send it back! So I’m stuck with products which don’t fit, and no way to return. Even if I did get a response, from reading the return policy I’d have to pay the return postage and also the postage for the exchange items, which will likely be nearly as much as the products cost in the first place! Avoid!

I ordered a set of 3 bras and followed the size guide. They were way to big. When requesting for a returns label I was advised I need to return the items to China which would incur high return costs. They advised to write the value of the parcel as £20.00 instead of £54.00 so its easy for them in custom clearance. I returned my goods on 23rd April and told by the courier I will need to wait until July. Ive chased for my refund and returns cost many times. Please remember within 90 days you can recall payment from your bank and once exceeds contact Citizens Advice Bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Courier will only refund £20.00. Im out of pocket by £64.35. Now they have said to contact the courier.

Absolutely useless. Unfinished, no support, itchy. Just a cheap fabric around two preformed cups. This is close to a scam, don't fall for it. Can be bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon anyway, but my advice is: don't!

I purchased a bra recently and it does not fit,I am still in the process of returning it.Customer service so far has been good.....watch this space!!

Ware ist billiges Material und kommt aus Honkong.
Keine Passform und entspricht nicht im geringsten der Werbung.
Rücksendung ist nicht möglich und der Gutschein ist nicht einlösbar da mann ja nur den gleichen Schrott wieder kaufen kann.

Ich habe auch Lehrgeld bezahlt, hätte wohl eher mal hier die Bewertungen lesen sollen. Die ganze Seite ist Schrott, man erhält zur Rücksendung nur einen 6 stelligen Code, mit dem man nichts anfangen kann. Der BH passt hinten und vorne nicht, obwohl ich genau nach der Größentabelle abgemessen habe. Das Material ist billigster Schrott. Finger weg, ihr erspart euch großen Ärger.

Bra was unfinished, just tacked, seams not sewn up. Wrong size - about 3 sizes too small, wrong colour. Reaction from Company was dreadful, any excuse not to refund. I gave up and deposited bra in bin.

I bought 3 bras, to find that the sizing was wildly incorrect, and I wanted to return them. But the package had no returns information in it. On their website appears this statement 'send an email to our customer service emailbox .... Our customer service staff will provide you with the return address'. But instead their staff member has three times asked me to accept a credit voucher and a £5 refund instead of returning the bras. Their latest missive tells me ' the return costs may be very high and there is a risk of the package being lost, so we advise you not to do so'.
This is disgraceful behaviour, and I have yet to resolve the situation.

My wife ordered a bra from this company and regrets doing so. As it was nothing like the description, she decided to return it for a full refund and refused the £4 plus a voucher for more of the same they first offered! Sending back (to China as no UK address was given) would cost about £9 and would she get the full refund? Probably not. If we had millions (ha!) we'd go after them. Yet another warning on top of all the others - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'!

Leider läuft alles schief bei dieser Firma.
Das Material ist schlecht; die Größen passen hinten und vorne nicht. Einen Artikel zurückgeben wird einem unmöglich gemacht!!!

I ordered from these people in May (they operate under the name Hatmeo, which they refused to share with me in my correspondence with them)
My first order failed to arrive and they said they would resend if I gave them a 5 star review firstly on here. I refused until they solved my issue. The second order never arrived and so I demanded a refund (similar problem with another company solved within 2 days) they said I had to wait until 21st August
After chasing and chasing I am finally getting my refund on 5 September. Do not touch this company with a barge pole

Die Versandkosten sind im Verhältnis zur Ware zu hoch. Diese BHs werden in China gefertigt ( unter welchen Bedingungen?), das Material ist schlecht, Rücksendungen unmöglich!
Ich rate von dieser Bestellung ab, es lohnt wirklich nicht. Es sei denn, frau will gefrustet werden

Es ist quasi unmöglich eine nicht passende Ware zurückzugeben! Es gibt keine deutsche Rücksendeadresse (Versandkosten von EUR 9,99 müssen sowieso selbst getragen werden) und es werden nur dubiose (wirre) Rückgabeangebote unterbreitet, die absolut keinen Sinn machen. So z. B. es ist besser, Sie behalten die (nicht passende) Ware und Sie erhalten dann eine Erstattung von 5,00 EUR, da Sie ja dann die Versandkosten nicht nochmal bezahlen müssen!? Und am Besten: Das ganze dann nur, wenn man eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgibt!
Also: Auf keinen Fall bestellen!! Erspart Geld, Nerven und Zeit (mehrfacher, sinnloser E-Mail-Verkehr)!
