I definitely don't recommend online shopping at Wojas.
I've been a customer for years, even before most people had heard of Wojas.
I haven't had any complaints so far, but the last transaction was a disaster.
What was supposed to be a simple order turned out to be a nightmare.
The money was debited from my account. I have proof, such as the transaction date and reference number, yet the store is refusing to process my order, citing a lack of fees.
The payment company Wojas works with, Przelewy24, did nothing to help me find the error, blaming my bank.
This has nothing to do with my bank, cause I was in touch with them for almost a week now.
This is a scam and theft.
The customer service is terrible, there's no compassion or understanding of the situation, just a repetition of the same old rules. The level of customer service is unbecoming of a brand that promises quality and premium service.
I'm fighting to receive money back that was stolen from me because I don't want to receive anything from this company and will never buy anything from them again.
I'll share this shameful experience with my family and friends to warn them against shopping at this company with such poor customer service.

Wojas offers high-quality products. I've been buying their shoes for many years and am very satisfied with the quality. Recently, they've expanded their offerings to include other products, which are also of high quality. A note for buyers: their shoe sizes are undersized. I wear a size 42 EU (8 UK) and I buy shoes from them in size 41 EU, and even some in that size are too big. The problem is ordering online – they don't meet delivery deadlines, and the store doesn't provide any information about delays. I once returned shoes that were too big, and I also waited longer than their terms and conditions allow for a refund.
