Hassle
There’s a lot of positive reviews on here for this company and mine could have been the same if they’d only of sent the item I ordered. In the end I sent the incorrect item back and I did received a full refund 1 month after the initial purchase. To sum it up in one word - hassle

Trustworthy, reliable & fast delivery
Trusted these guys since early 2021 when I discovered them. If I’ve ever had an issue it’s always been resolved quickly and professionally. My most recent order came super quickly, in 2 days!! Customer service is always fantastic considering these days that is a rarity. Keep up the great work guys!

WHERES MY REFUND? JUNE ORDER
Why is there not an option to add photos!! I'd love to show everyone the proof of how they run the company! My order was placed in June! I still have nothing from them £80 they have of mine and all the energy they have is to flag my reviews because they don't want to show their true colours I WILL NOT BE BLACKMAILED!!!

I am a regular customer but received couple of faulty vapes in my last order. Contacted them and issue was resolved to my satisfaction. They sent the replacements on my next order. Excellent customer service.
