Had a very pleasant and productive experience this afternoon with Ryan from the Sales team. My husband and I went to buy a car to see us through our retirement and couldn’t have asked for someone to be more knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan listened to our requirements and showed us 2 cars he thought might be of interest. We didn’t feel rushed or under any pressure at any point and everything was very well explained when it came to the paperwork. So we bought a car and came away feeling very happy and confident that we had the car that would suit our needs for the future. So thank you and well done Ryan.

Brilliant service from Paul J!!! I tend quite wary when buying a new car as I've had bad experiences in the past. But Paul answered all of my questions with so much patience, i cannot thank him enough! It was a seamless process from start to finish. Paul was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s extremely personable and gave me genuine good advice. I am very happy and will be recommending Paul and the team to all my friends and family!

Great service from Wollaston Northampton and in particular a big shout out to Richard R who demonstrated great product knowledge with a pleasant and engaging style - he is thankfully not your typical new car salesperson.

Speculatively popped in on Friday afternoon and 3 days later I’d dropped off my Z4 for PX whilst collecting my used approved M340d. A high-quality, personable and well-informed service throughout from brand specialist Jim. The rest of the sales team were also on-hand to support, gave general advice and were a fun and pleasant team to deal with. A great experience and I’ll be sure to become a repeat customer. Left black oily marks all over the cream interior. Left dents along both sides of the car and then tried to imply I had done it and that it wasn't a new car so I should expect it to have some dents in it. Refused to provide any CCTV footage and basically told if I couldn't prove it they didn't care.

I picked up my new car today after first enquiring only 3 days ago. Roger and the team are of the highest quality. Great communication, very honest and made the whole experience a complete dream. I will be a customer for life 👍

From the first moment start speaking with Daniel all process of buying a car was amazing! Good presentation, great customer service, all paperwork done it on time ! First of all, we was very impressed about the presentation of the car which Daniel Curtis have send it to us ,( that’s was amazing, no one else didn’t send it like him, and we received few more from different BMW dealers), then on our appointment face to face we been more convinced that we are on the right time with the right person!
