The webstore has a lot of really nice skinproducts, and I have been a loyal customer for long, but now I am no longer, because of seriously bad customer service.
I bought three products from the store, and it was sent to me. When I got the package I could feel it was wet and one of the skin products (a shampoo) was spilled out in the box. Less than 25 % resided in the bottle, rest was in the package.
I wrote them and sent a picture, but the reply was, that I should return the bottle, and I should pay for the return.
1) I'm not going to send an empty bottle to Italy
2) in their legal terms it is stated, that one is entitled to a new item, if the item is damaged or defect.
I wrote the again, but got an answer that I could see what products they had available on the website. Useless info!
Until they fix this problem I can't recommend buying anything from them.
