All the good-looking offers seem to be for newcomers. After my first week it was just tiny reloads with bad wagering and irrelevant tournaments. Feels like once they get your first deposits, they don’t really care about keeping you around.

Favorites List Not Saving
Tried to mark a bunch of games as favorites so I could find them later, but half of them disappeared from the list the next day. Small bug, sure, but it made the site more annoying to use. Basic features should at least work properly.

Doesn’t work well on Mac
Using Safari on my MacBook, some games just don’t load or stay stuck on 99%. I tried Chrome and it’s a bit better but still not smooth. Other casinos don’t give me as much trouble, so it’s not just my laptop.

Overcomplicated KYC
They asked not only for ID, but also a selfie with me holding it plus a utility bill and a bank letter. For a small online casino this feels over the top. I ended up not sending everything and just leaving the balance.
