Terrible ui. Nonexistent customer service. Lack of jobs. Registering takes FOREVER

I worked through Wonolo App several times, and after last time the requestor of accepted by me job refused to pay for the half of my workday, after I complained about this to Wonolo support, so Wonolo decided to block me, just because they believed the lies from the requestor.
Does it how they care about costumers and how does Wonolo protect them?

I will never recommend Wonolo App to anybody and I will never use it any more.

They take forever to pay you, can’t get anyone to contact you back.Communication is terrible after you send a ticket to support. Still have not received my payment for my four hour minimum for showing up and being sent home.

The way these apps operate by sending out jobs once a month you will come out more better by getting on the apps to view the jobs they have to go an apply straight through that job because they have very little opportunity with jobs being to far or less pay.

Awesome company and life changing experience

Extremely POOR. I accepted NUMEROUS jobs and as days came to get to work, I go on app to see AFTER my many screenshots of proof, that the job was taken from me. It's bad enough there is NOT any jobs listed as advertised and then the CUSTOMER SERVICE is extremely POOR due to use of ROBOTS that still get everything you say wrong and then hangs up on you when you get upset or complain, after they continue sending a repeated pre typed msg and STILL, never gets you help needed... Wonolo is a big discrimination scam and very unorganized. They send out new jobs that's a week away out, the exact moment they get them even if it's 2-3am. That leave ONLY ACCESS to people already awoke and at other jobs on break or just people who are up already then pick and choose which shows discrimination because if I pick a job, obviously I can do the job and want the job and it's NOBODY else who should judge and discriminate on what I can work or how much I can make and give to others after I agreed to it, in screenshot proof
