I can definitely recommend Woodcock Notary Public. Nathan Woodcock is professional and highly competent - and special thanks must go to his assistant Bao Ha Anh Nguyen whom I found particularly supportive and helpful.
Being able to have the paperwork notarised in my home was especially appreciated.

POA for Spanish property sale
We had to arrange a POA as parents wanted us to deal with selling their apartment in Tenerife. The whole process of arranging the POA was easy and quick....albeit rather expensive.
