The online purchase process is a nightmare. I placed my order on June 4th (and my card was charged upfront for two bar stools) and the website told me I could expect my order to be delivered in the third week of June. After the initial order confirmation, there was no further communication and when I called in late June, I was told that the order was delayed and the order would be fulfilled imminently. About half a dozen calls later, I was told that it would be dispatched in mid July and a courier AWB bill was shared. The AWB number turned out to be non existent and a few days later I was told it had finally been picked up the courier and that's when I could track what I had bought. The consignment did not move from Delhi for a few days and when I asked again I was told that there were delays because of a local festival. I finally received my items in end July (more than a month later than promised). Upon opening the package there were no assembly instructions - again, 4 phone calls/whatsapp messages over the course of a week before I could get the one pager assembly instructions. Assembled the bar stools and now one of the stools has a crack/chip on the seat. In summary, their delivery dates are meaningless and they cannot/will not give you a clear date when you communicate with them - and finally you get a substandard article. Would never buy from them again.

You can trust the process and the website!

The store owner, Mr. Arnav, is extremely helpful and accommodating. He personally arranged for the fast delivery and manufacturing of the coffee table. Although the delivery process takes a bit of time, the product quality is excellent, and all the features match exactly as described on the product page.

4 broken barstools

We bought 4 barstools. One was cracked on arrival. The other 3 have now developed cracks in the wood. Customer support is useless and non-responsive. The products are of very poor quality and just look good in their ads.

This is in continuation to my previous post as I'm unable to add a response to the vendor's comments. Mr Adeeb- as per your invoice, we should have received the product by 19th May ( 25 days from order date), as against 8th July when we finally received it. We decided to not do a 100% payment, post lack of communication from your side. (We have documented each and every communication via WhatsApp and email). We clearly communicated to you that we will make the full payment only post receiving the product in good condition. Please stand corrected here- you have shared just 1 picture with us and a video call prior to dispatch, after multiple requests made from us. You showed us 1 chair and the table top from one side during the video, because you had already packed the product prior to calling us. The chairs are not Burma teak as mentioned in your description. There are multiple marks on the chairs as you have used some third grade wood. Expecting a consumer to pay entire amount, prior to fixing the errors, is not business ethics. Please learn professionalism prior to running a shop like yours. Adding fake customer reviews on your website will only get you this far. As far as closing this matter is concerned, please correct the table top and chairs and we will pay you the remaining balance OR kindly take this useless piece of furniture back to your shop and give us a complete refund. On a separate note- we regret not having read your reviews on trust pilot, prior to placing order with you.

A Thoroughly Disappointing Experience — Avoid Wooden Bazar

My experience with Wooden Bazar has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.

They are very prompt when it comes to marketing — quickly sharing their catalog, making big promises about quality, craftsmanship, and assuring delivery within 15–20 days. They also claim they'll provide regular updates and share photos during production. However, once you make the full payment, the real nightmare begins.

Nine days after placing my order, I received a call informing me that the dimensions of the center table (as originally confirmed) were incorrect — the width had changed. Since I had already paid in full, I had no option but to accept the change.

When I followed up on day 16, I was told the product would be dispatched in another 5 days. But after that period passed, there was complete silence. No replies on WhatsApp. No response to calls. I tried for two days with no luck. Finally, I had to call from a different number — only then did they bother to pick up.

The center table finally arrived after 38 days, and to my utter disappointment:

The design did not match the one shown in the catalog.

The craftsmanship was substandard.

The finish was poor, and clearly not what was promised.

If you choose to order from them, be prepared for:

Delays,

Poor communication,

Lack of accountability,

And a product that does not match what you were shown.

Save yourself the hassle, anxiety, and disappointment. Look elsewhere for quality and reliability.

Extremely rude customer service

Extremely rude customer service . Sounds like a one man show. They do not meet the timelines of delivery and when u cancel it because of their mistake they take cancellation charges . Do not recommend

Be aware......Very unprofessional

I ordered a sofa from them, The customer service does not exist. No reply on mail, No reply on Instagram and they keep changing there phone numbers.
I received my order after 2 month( On website it promises 15- 21 days) and the courier company which they use just dumped the sofa at the main gate of my apartment which mean you have to arrange your own labor to get it to your flat

Pls do not order from wooden bazar

Pls do not order from wooden bazar. O ordered a bar cabinet. The delivery mentioned was in 2 weeks.
I have still not received it and it’s been more than a month. Ordered a cabinet worth 36k rs. I have followed up at least 15 times. Each time a different story. Currently they are saying Its dispatched. Though I have not recd any tracking number and it’s been a week.
STAY AWAY!!!

Poor build quality, delayed and short delivery

We recently placed an order for multiple products worth ~4lacs. The order was placed in 1st week of Jan with a commitment for delivery by Feb mid (45 days). Actual delivery was mid April after multiple follow ups and many harsh conversations.

Their site states they provide regular updates on build status. Nothing is shared and everything requires so many follow ups. Upto 10 follow ups will lead to 1 response

After of all of this, if the products were good, we would have been ok. However the build quality is flimsy. The edges don't align, polish is not consistent, the wood/planks used for internals has very poor finishing. After paying 70k for a bed, the output looks like one made of engineered wood with faulty fittings

Lastly, took full payment and delivered short quantity. We have been following up for delivery for last one month and they no longer take our calls or respond to messages.

This is not a rant. It is a genuine review to make people aware of their practices and to avoid them. The standard response to such feedback on the web from them is that it was a large order and thus took time. The instagram handle has great videos and customer testimonials. Don't fall for it like we did.

By the way, they don't allow posting reviews against their name on Google, Instagram or facebook

This is a total fraud company… don’t be fooled by there website and there insta fake reviews

To start with I have order a center table on 5th oct (that’s not the exact date but closer) after soo my follow ups they came and sooo many stories which they told I finally got the product after 1 end a half month later and the very next min I opened and check the product and it was very diff from the pic (literally a carpenter did that and painted the bottom and in few places it was damaged as well)
and I called the support and told this is not the product is diff from what I have ordered he told in the website the pics are AI generated and I asked him show me where he did not show it and I even cross check it and no where it was mentioned that it is ai generated!

(Before ordering the product I asked him for the video and he told it is not possible. So I asked him whether it is returnable and he told “yes” I asked him “100% right?” He told “yes sir” )

Later I told I want to return and need refund and he told we don’t give refund only replacement and later I told him you only told I have chats of that he told he will update me… and I raised a concern of refund the moment I saw the product and now it’s the fourth day since I have been following up!!!
