Wooden Flooring Experts - London Floor Sanding Company Opiniones

It was really easy to communicate and get quick responses. The service people arrived on time and were very quick and efficient with their work, doing a great job! We're really happy with the outcome of the floors.

We were given arrival information a week prior to the service and enough info in the T&C to understand how the service worked.

Really happy with Wooden Floor Experts.

They were fantastic on communications to organise the work, their availability was great, the technicians that came were friendly and service oriented, they left without any mess and most importantly the floors came out fantastic!

Great experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend.

Ramil was excellent, working non-stop for ~7 hours/day for 2 days. He was prompt with his timings, and always communicated any minor changes to agreed work/ or any minor problems we encountered along the way to achieve exactly what we wanted, thank you!

David was brilliant. Super professional when giving a quote, gave an excellent price, gave us confidence throughout the process, did an excellent and thorough job, and worked really hard to deliver quickly. We had an existing hardwood floor that was about 15 years old and also wanted to replace the carpet in our living room to match. David fitted the new living room floor, sanded the existing old boards, fixed some broken boards, fitted some fixes from a recent kitchen conversion and even fixed a door that was scratching the existing floor. Would definitely use David again.

Remy did a great jib sanding down our victorian floorboards. He was polite and hardworking

Good communication throughout, and very happy with the work done. Ramil was in constant contact throughout the day to share progress and completed the extra elements in good time. Would recommend.

We have had two rooms of original wooden floor restored by David. Both times he has done an excellent job, very professional! We’ve been so impressed, we cannot recommend him enough :)

David has done a fantastic job transforming my old, very worn kitchen floorboards. He sanded them beautifully and filled in a few holes, leaving them looking brand new!

He took the time to show me different stain samples and was incredibly patient with me while I made up my mind (I can be a little indecisive!).

The end result is gorgeous dark wooden floorboards in my kitchen, which have completely elevated the look of the room.

I was a little nervous about having this work done, but the whole process was quick and efficient, and the team within the company were great to deal with. David was helpful, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Would definitely recommend, very professional from start to finish and the floor looks amazing. Thankyou

I was nervous about having work done at home, but Ramil and Shako put me at ease straight away. They arrived on time, were so polite, and were very careful with our home and furniture. They showed us every step of the sanding and the Bona White and top treatment, which I really appreciated. The floors look absolutely beautiful and have completely changed the feel of our home. Booking was easy and stress free.
Thank you Ramil and Shako!

I found Wooden Flooring Experts online and I am so glad I did. I had a lot of questions, and I mean a lot. I was sending them message after message, but the team was fantastic. They replied within a minute every time and answered every single question I had. Because of this, I felt very confident in them, so I gave them the job.
Two guys came to do the work: Ramil and Shako. They arrived exactly on time. They were very polite and friendly. They were also extremely careful with my property while moving their tools around. That is exactly what customers want to see. They asked us to come and check every step of the process. They sanded the floor and applied the Bona White and top treatment.
They did a fantastic job. Ramil and Shako are amazing, and I truly mean that. They are true professionals. My wife is so happy with the final result.
Thank you to everyone who made the booking so easy and for sending Ramil and Shako. I have already told others about them.

Jay from Wooden Flooring Experts fixed a 60cm long scratch across my engineered oak floor by stripping back the original finish and then completing a colour and sheen match. He worked very diligently and efficiently, and the result of his work is fantastic: the restored area blends perfectly into the rest of the floor again. I'd highly recommend Jay for his craftmanship and professionalism - and I really appreciate that Wooden Flooring Experts went out of their way to book me in at short notice, given my upending flat sale.

Very efficient customer service with job analysed by video and team came the same day and fixed floorboards. Time spent by team of two about 25 to 30 mins removing carpet and drilling screws into floorboards. Only issue and why only 4 star was the price I think it was rather expensive at £250 as someone else quoted me £300 for taking up and relaying the floorboards

Fast work, good advice, end result looks great.

I’m very pleased with these guys. Job was complete on time, with good value and nice service. Thank you!

Just had my 3 bed flat floors re sanded, stained and buffed/treated by David and Ramil from Wooden Flooring Experts. Very thorough, efficient and professional. Worked long hours to get the job done. Very happy with the outcome - the floors look great.

I can’t recommend highly enough. Lovely and responsive booking process. Original wooden floorboards restored throughout my house through efficient and meticulous work by David and Ramil. Absolutely beautiful work and very happy with the team and the result. Thank you

Used second time as renovated our dinning room floor for the first time and now we are installing wooden floor in our kitchen extention. Accurate, professional and always high quality service. Im happy with quality, price and service. Definitely will recommend this team. My house in safe and professional hands indeed x

Great job. Wonderful experience.
David and Ramell arrived on the dot as planned. They talked through EVERYTHING with me and then they got to work. No messing about. This went so smoothly. We got to see the 5 choices of colors actually on our floor and chose the walnut. This looks just so beautiful and fresh. Thought this was going to be a 2day job.. But all done by 5pm and cleaned and all tidied up with clear after care instructions for keep oh my beautiful floor gleaming and long lasting. Violetta was also great in communications and just lovely to answer any questions prior to and during the day. Nothing was too much. Agreed a great very competative price.
They used proper industry products and didn't skimp on the products.
Great company to deal with and trust with my living room flooring. I would recommend the Wooden Flooring Experts.

Very efficient service from David and Viileta. Reasonable price and an excellent result. Will definitely be using again and don't hesitate in recommending.
