I recently placed an order for Camel Nomad Shoes on the Woodland Worldwide website, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite my repeated attempts to track the status of my order, I received no update.
After sending an email to customer service requesting for an update on the status of my order, I received a refund notification without any prior communication or explanation regarding the cancellation of my order. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new shoes.
The lack of communication and explanation for the cancellation of my order left me feeling very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Woodland Worldwide. As a result, I would not recommend this company to others looking to purchase shoes or other products.
Overall, my experience with Woodland Worldwide was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this website to anyone, better order form amazon, flipkart, myntra, etc and avoid this at all cost. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations with other customers.
I have sent them another email asking what's going on, I'll update as soon as I receive it.
