Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service, and very helpful and quick with design and installation detail advice, complete with photo examples to show the different treatments. Friendly and personal approach, and the wall panels are fabulous quality.

Very Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
Nothing went right with my order. I placed it on 12/09 and didn’t receive it until 02/10.
I was told by email three different times that the order was in transit, only to later discover it hadn’t even been shipped — they were still waiting on the complimentary Dupps from overseas. Those items should not have delayed my order in the first place.
When the order finally arrived, the driver adaptor included was for a European plug. Because of the repeated delays and misinformation, I had to reschedule the plasterer, which in turn delayed the electrician and cabinet maker — costing me both time and money.
The only compensation offered was a refund of the shipping cost. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and unprofessional.
I honestly wish I’d ordered from Delaco Panels instead.
