This is a fantastic product, really easy dough to work with and the flavour was great.

I bloody love this oven and want to share my review. I was looking at buying an Ooni pizza oven until I came across the Woody brand and boy what a fantastic find. I took advantage of their Black Friday deal as you’re given a generous 3 year guarantee and knew we wouldn’t get round to trying it out until now with the warmer weather. The write ups were excellent and all my enquiries were answered straight away. The delivery was very fast. I also bought their sourdough pizza balls and can confirm they are delish 😋 the price was more than double for the Ooni brand if you wanted the peel and cover which automatically came with the Woody oven. All the materials used are of excellent quality and I wholeheartedly recommend this pizza oven and also recommend you use coarse semolina flour to prepare your pizza on which stops it sticking. Looking forward to our next pizza night and hope this review has been helpful 👍

I could tell you about how great their doughs are … and even with all gushing, and telling you I actually can’t wait to eat a pizza with one of their doughs (yep I even lit the pizza in the rain). BTW their Gluten Free doughs are literally just as good as a regular gluten full base.

However, the true test of a company is not whether anything goes wrong or not. It’s how they handle it when they hit a bump in the road. My first order was delayed … s**t and delivery company fails happen. I reached out via email, and not only did my doughs arrive the very next day, perfectly packaged and good to go. Also I was contacted by the company to explain everything and pass on their apologies and deal with the problem excellently, and most importantly put it right. Making me feel genuinely valued as a customer.

Needless to say we will be ordering again (and again) … and at the rate we”re scoffing through the first order it will be very soon! (Now if they could just do running shoes that would be awesome … so I can run off all these pizzas I’m eating!).

Well done guys keep up the good work and keep making the great doughs. BTW the freezer bags the doughs come in are a stroke of genius on so many levels.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered pizza dough that was delivered from amazon. I’ve had nothing but issues with it following Woody Ovens instructions correctly and the dough just springs back all the time.
The won’t agree that the dough is faulty and they have blocked me on their Facebook page.
Luckily for me I have gotten a full refund from amazon so they will be out of pocket for their lack of customer support. Avoid people use someone who cares about their customers

Excellent Neopolitan pizza dough. I would definitely buy again!

Great product. The pizza dough is amazing, but the communication from them is terrible, 5 days for delivery on what is meant to be next day, 3 emails and multiple messages and finally getting an update 4 days after ordering is NOT ok.

I’ve been using Woody Pizza Dough and I have to say, they are absolutely amazing. The dough tastes fantastic light, fresh, and makes perfect pizzas every time. You can really tell the quality is there.
On top of that, the service is brilliant. Everything runs smoothly, and they clearly care about their customers.

Makes excellent gluten free pizza. Takes a bit of getting used to as it’s quite sticky to handle. End results were fantastic, the dough cooks and fluffs up beautifully. Easy to order, delivered quickly in a well packaged cool box. Thank you 🙏

I've been patiently waiting for the opportunity to use my Woody Oven and the weather over the last week has given me the perfect opportunity. What can I say... Well worth the wait!!!

Having invited some friends round to coincide with my dough order, we cracked into pizza aplenty. I'm almost tempted to start my own pizza takeaway from the garden 😀

The best dough as always, I’ve tried a few different places now and these are the best by far! Delivery is always on time, customer service on point. There always happy to help with any questions I may have. Tried the sourdough, Neapolitan and New York and all have been great. The Kids have loved them too, nice activity to do with them at home especially on a nice day! Would recommend 100%

Received my first order of New York dough last week and tried it for the first time tonight!

Fantastic service from start to finish, my order came very well packaged and arrived on time. The dough quality is amazing and you get a fantastic crust on the pizzas. Would highly recommend.

Ordered on Monday. Paid for 24-hour delivery. It's now Thursday and the dough hasn't arrived. No tracking update, no email, nothing.

I've emailed twice to ask what's happening, partly because I genuinely needed it for Friday, and partly because I was curious whether anyone was actually reading the inbox. No reply to either.

I can forgive a delay. Couriers go missing, things get lost, ovens explode. What I can't forgive is silence. A two-line email saying "we've messed up, here's what's happening" would have changed this review entirely. Instead I'm left chasing a company that took my money on Monday and has said nothing since.

Won't be ordering again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either until they sort out the basics of talking to their customers.

The company will tell you they are having issues with the delivery company this week. Well, if that's the case, a) why did you have the same issue a month ago? b) Why don't you contact your clients and let them know instead of going silent?

Horrible experience. Order sent Monday late night paying extra for next day delivery, considering so the order starting Tuesday as day 1. It’s Thursday now and not arrived yet! The worse ? No customer service, no contact number and those emails on the website don’t work at all as I never had answers! Stay away from this company!
