I'm sorry to hear that you recieved an item that was not of the required quality. It certainly isn't our policy to send out items where they're knowingly below standard and many items are inspected before dispatch. In this case, our team determined that the blemishes to the product were minor and consistent with what would be expected from a factory finish at this price point. I understand you disagreed and were not happy with this, however, having reviewed your communications with my colleague I can see that a £50 goodwill payment was made to you.
We've not heard back from you for around a month, so we concluded you were happy with this resolution, however if that isn't the case or you need further assistance, then please feel free to reach out to us again and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
