Jag känner ett starkt ansvar att varna alla som överväger att investera i detta företag. En av de mest alarmerande problemen är att de inte är registrerade hos Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), som omedelbart bör ta upp allvarliga frågor om deras legitimitet och efterlevnad av finansiella regler. Många individer kan förbise denna kritiska detalj på grund av begränsad forskning eller bristande kunskap om korrekt due diligence-praxis. I mitt fall försäkrades jag upprepade gånger av deras representanter att mina medel skulle återbetalas snabbt och i sin helhet. Dessa försäkringar visade sig vara helt falska. Istället för att hedra sina åtaganden hindrade de kontinuerligt mina försök att ta ut mina egna pengar, vilket effektivt fångade min investering. Detta skapade en djupt plågsam situation, särskilt i en tid då jag akut behövde tillgång till dessa medel för personlig stabilitet. PERSISTANT SCAMMERS!!
Sweet Jesus, this crowd of scammers just don't give up... Today 2nd April 2026,1400hrs. So far I've got at least 20 phone calls from them.. All the calls are diverted through UK , Belgium, Portugal, France , Spain etc, so I can't block them.. They are relentless .. Trying to convince me that I have 45,500USD in some online account and trying to get me to "activate" it at a cost of €210... Then of course they will want my bank details to "lodge" my "lost" money($45,500)... It's ridiculous at this stage, everyday, 20 calls a day for months... And no matter what I do to try and block these calls, they get around it!! Wootrax and A&R Consulting, BEWARE EVERYBODY!!!

Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Plattform war von Anfang bis Ende absolut verheerend. Zuerst kontaktierten sie mich und behaupteten, ich hätte ein beträchtliches Vermögen auf meinem Konto angesammelt, was mich zunächst freute. Der Haken, so hieß es, sei, dass ich eine einmalige Einzahlung leisten müsse, bevor ich mein Geld abheben könne. Rückblickend erkenne ich, dass ich viel zu gutgläubig war. Ich glaubte ihnen tatsächlich, dass diese eine Zahlung mein Guthaben freischalten und mir Zugriff auf das ermöglichen würde, was angeblich mir gehörte. Leider war das erst der Anfang des Betrugs. Nachdem ich die Einzahlung getätigt hatte, änderten sie schnell ihren Tonfall und erfanden neue Ausreden und zusätzliche Servicegebühren, die angeblich vor jeder Auszahlung fällig würden. Mir wurde schmerzlich bewusst, dass ich manipuliert wurde – die Plattform war nichts anderes als ein betrügerisches System, das darauf abzielte, unerfahrene Anleger wie mich auszubeuten. Sie missbrauchten mein Vertrauen, forderten ständig unter verschiedenen Vorwänden Geld und hatten nie die Absicht, auch nur einen Cent auszuzahlen. Die Erkenntnis, dass ich einem solchen Betrug zum Opfer gefallen war, war verheerend. Ich war wütend, beschämt und fühlte mich hilflos. Ich erstattete Anzeige bei der Polizei, und im Zuge dessen empfahl mir ein Sicherheitsbeamter, mich an 𝐅𝐄𝐙-teamz, Recovery zu wenden, eine seriöse Firma, die für ihre Expertise in der Vermögensrückgewinnung bekannt ist. Anfangs war ich äußerst skeptisch – nachdem ich bereits einmal betrogen worden war, fürchtete ich, erneut hereingelegt zu werden. Sie erklärten mir detailliert, wie diese betrügerischen Anlageprogramme funktionieren und welche psychologischen Taktiken Betrüger anwenden, um Vertrauen zu gewinnen. Ihre Professionalität, Transparenz und ihr umfassendes Fachwissen beeindruckten mich sofort. Sie leiteten eine detaillierte Untersuchung ein, hielten mich stets auf dem Laufenden und versicherten mir, dass alle notwendigen rechtlichen Schritte eingeleitet würden, um die Rückforderung meines Geldes zu erreichen. Als ouderwetse IT-er die al sinds de tijd van inbelinternet en ponskaarten met computers werkt, herken ik oplichting meestal al van verre – maar deze mensen wisten me toch zo ver te lokken dat ik precies kon zien hoe ze te werk gaan. En wat ik zag was bedrog in schoolvoorbeelden, doorspekt met constant veranderen van verhaal en professionele gaslighting. Hun eerste verhaal was dat ze geld hadden teruggevonden van een oude, vergeten rekening die van mij was. Ze spraken vol zelfvertrouwen, lieten technisch klinkende details vallen en gaven de indruk dat ze me een gunst bewezen door geld terug te vorderen waarvan ik niet eens wist dat het bestond. Ik was nieuwsgierig en speelde het spelletje mee om te zien hoe ver het verhaal zou gaan. Zodra ik eenvoudige, logische vragen begon te stellen en inconsistenties aanwees, veranderde het verhaal – soepel, bijna naadloos. Plotseling was het geen vergeten rekening meer; nu was het een rekening die door iemand anders op mijn naam was geopend, en ze hielpen me om er de controle over terug te krijgen. Elke keer dat ik hen confronteerde met feiten of de overduidelijke tegenstrijdigheden aanwees, veranderde het verhaal weer. - Elk telefoonnummer dat ze me gaven was elke keer anders als ik belde, en toen ik ze traceerde (met behulp van tools voor omgekeerd opzoeken die ik al jaren gebruik), bleken ze allemaal terug te leiden naar online VoIP-diensten die wegwerp-/tijdelijke nummers per gesprek genereren. Klassieke tactiek van wegwerptelefoons.
ZE ZIJN OOK ERG GOED IN HET SUBTIEL VERZAMELEN VAN INFORMATIE. TIJDENS WAT EEN GEWOON GESPREK LEK, VROGEN ZE NAAR KLEINE, SCHIJNBAAR ONSCHADELIJKE DETAILS OVER MIJN EERDERE ACCOUNTS, E-MAILADRESSEN, OUDE TELEFOONNUMMERS, GEBOORTEJAAR - DINGEN DIE OP ZICHZELF NIET GEVOELIG LIJKEN, MAAR DIE SAMEN EEN ZEER WAARDEVOL PROFIEL VORMEN VOOR IDENTITEITSDIEFSTAL EN SOCIAL ENGINEERING. Ik heb gewoon geluk gehad dat ik, ondanks dat ik in hun val ben gelopen, er niet in ben geslaagd om mijn leven te redden. Ik heb mijn stortingen teruggekregen dankzij 𝐅𝐄𝐙-tea 𝐌𝐙. ALS JE TE MAKEN HEBT MET IEMAND DIE BEWEERT VAN EEN VERGETEN OF MISBRUIKTE REKENING TE ZIJN EN HUN VERHAAL STEEDS VERANDERT WANNEER JE ER VRAGEN OVER STELT, GA DAN ONMIDDELLIJK WEG. En als je al slachtoffer bent geworden, staat 𝐅𝐄𝐙-tea 𝐌𝐙 voor je klaar. Ze zijn PROFESSIONEEL, KALM, GEORGANISEERD EN – HET BELANGRIJKSTE – ACTIEGERICHT. ZE HEBBEN ME GEEN LOZE OPTIMISME VOORGESCHENKEN OF ONREALISTISCHE BELOFTEN GEDAAN. In plaats daarvan vroegen ze om een volledig, gestructureerd bewijsmateriaalpakket, zodat ze de zaak goed konden beoordelen: alle transactiegegevens, bank-/cryptotransferbewijzen, screenshots van het rekeningsaldo en gedane beloftes, elke e-mail en elk bericht dat naar het platform was verzonden (inclusief de onbeantwoorde), en een duidelijke tijdlijn van de gebeurtenissen vanaf de registratie tot de blokkering van het account.
Zodra ze alles hadden, namen ze onmiddellijk de controle over het herstelproces. Ze voerden een grondige forensische analyse uit. Hun volhardende, methodische en zeer professionele aanpak leidde uiteindelijk tot een doorbraak. Ze hebben mijn volledige investering succesvol opgespoord, veiliggesteld en teruggevorderd. De gelden zijn geverifieerd, overgemaakt en volledig teruggestort op mijn bankrekening.

Gebrek aan communicatie en neppe ondersteuning
Wootrax wekt de indruk bereikbaar te zijn, maar in werkelijkheid communiceren ze helemaal niet. Ik heb meerdere e-mails naar wootrax.com gestuurd en contact met ze opgenomen via hun supportwebsite, die misleidend je saldo weergeeft. Desondanks heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen.
Wat het nog erger maakt, is dat Wootrax wel publiekelijk reageert op negatieve recensies, maar directe e-mails van klanten volledig negeert. Dit roept een serieuze vraag op: waarom reageren ze wel op recensies, maar niet op klanten die legitieme vragen stellen? Dat lijkt me verdacht.
Hun telefoonnummers zijn ook onbetrouwbaar. Elke keer was het nummer anders en later bleek het te verwijzen naar een online dienst die willekeurige nummers genereert per gesprek. Na mislukte pogingen bij de politie en de Autoriteit Financiële Markten heb ik contact opgenomen met 𝚏𝚎𝚣𝚝𝚎𝚊𝚖𝚣. Zij reageerden snel, legden elke stap uit en behandelden de zaak professioneel. Dankzij hun volharding en expertise werden mijn tegoeden uiteindelijk vrijgegeven.

Was zunächst legitim aussah
Was zunächst legitim aussah, entpuppte sich schnell als verdächtig. Nachdem Wootrax mich kontaktiert hatte, überwies ich 550 € als Testzahlung, obwohl ursprünglich 1500 € gefordert worden waren. Kurz darauf wies mein Konto auf wootrax.org einen Kontostand von rund 24.000 € auf, die mir angeblich gehörten. Innerhalb von drei Tagen stieg der Kontostand ohne jegliche Erklärung auf 36.000 €. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass ich zusätzliche „Verifizierungskosten“ in Höhe von insgesamt 7600 € zahlen müsse, bevor eine Auszahlung bearbeitet werden könne. Man versicherte mir, dass alle Gebühren zusammen mit der Auszahlung erstattet würden. Überraschenderweise erfolgte nach meiner Zahlung keine Auszahlung. Als ich versuchte, durch Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support-Team Klarheit zu schaffen, wurden weitere Gebühren verlangt, um angeblich meine Auszahlung freizuschalten. Nachdem ich mich weigerte, brach der Kontakt komplett ab. Auf Empfehlung kontaktierte ich f𝓮𝔃𝓽𝓮𝓪𝗺𝘇, der das Muster sofort erkannte. Ihr Team untersuchte den Fall und konnte durch professionelles und juristisches Vorgehen meine einbehaltenen Gelder erfolgreich zurückerhalten. Ohne sie wäre diese Situation ungelöst geblieben.

Een van de grootste waarschuwingssignalen die ik heb ervaren, was de bestemming van de betaling. Ik kreeg de instructie om geld over te maken naar een Citibank-rekening op naam van Eric Casteleyn. Ik zag dezelfde naam voorkomen in een 5-sterrenrecensie waarin Wootrax werd geprezen, wat direct twijfels opriep over de authenticiteit.
Dit, in combinatie met de plotselinge verschijning van grote bedragen en herhaalde verzoeken om extra kosten, maakte duidelijk dat er iets niet klopte. Ondanks dat ik rechtstreeks vragen stelde, kreeg ik geen reactie van Wootrax. Ik heb de situatie eerst gemeld bij de autoriteiten, maar er kwam pas echt vooruitgang nadat ik contact had opgenomen met 𝙛𝙚𝙯𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙯. Zij beoordeelden de situatie snel, namen de communicatie over en oefenden de nodige juridische druk uit. Hun tussenkomst heeft direct geleid tot de teruggave van mijn ingehouden geld.

Waarschuwing voor anderen
Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik anderen ten zeerste aan voorzichtig te zijn met Wootrax (en A&R). Het patroon is duidelijk: een kleine eerste storting, een opgeblazen rekeningsaldo, steeds hogere kosten en stilte zodra je vragen stelt. Ze beheren meerdere websites, tonen onrealistische saldi en gebruiken telefoonnummers die niet naar een echt bedrijf te herleiden zijn. Interne afhandeling is niet mogelijk omdat ze simpelweg niet reageren en hun nummers wel bereikbaar zijn. Na mislukte pogingen met de autoriteiten heb ik contact opgenomen met 𝑓𝑒𝑧𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑧, die de zaak van begin tot eind professioneel heeft behandeld. Hun tussenkomst was de enige reden dat mijn geld succesvol is teruggevonden.
Mijn advies: maak geen geld over naar Wootrax. Als je dat al hebt gedaan, zoek dan onmiddellijk professionele hulp.

Ich wurde von einer Online-Werbung angelockt, die schnelle Gewinne bei minimalem Aufwand versprach. Sie wirkte professionell und seriös, also meldete ich mich an. Kurz darauf erhielt ich einen Anruf vom Kundenservice. Mir wurde alles ruhig erklärt und ich wurde ermutigt, mit kleinen Beträgen anzufangen. Zunächst schien alles gut zu laufen. Ich erzielte sogar gute Gewinne, wodurch die Plattform seriös wirkte. Dann begannen unerklärliche Bewegungen auf meinem Konto und Geld verschwand. Als ich den Support kontaktierte, erhielt ich vage Antworten und wurde wiederholt aufgefordert, mehr Geld einzuzahlen, damit das System mein Konto stabilisieren könne. Diesem Rat zu vertrauen, erwies sich als Fehler. Dasselbe passierte erneut, nur noch schlimmer. Als ich versuchte, mein restliches Guthaben abzuheben, wurde mir plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass ich Steuern und Gebühren zahlen müsse, bevor eine Auszahlung bearbeitet werden könne. Nachdem ich schließlich gekündigt hatte, änderte sich der Tonfall komplett. Der Support wurde aggressiv, schrie herum und forderte Gebühren. Er rief wiederholt von britischen Nummern an, die offensichtlich dazu dienten, nicht zurückverfolgt zu werden. Ich war am Boden zerstört und fühlte mich völlig hilflos. Nach Recherchen und Gesprächen mit anderen wurde mir geraten, externe Hilfe in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ich habe mich an 𝐟𝐞𝐳𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐳 gewandt, und obwohl ich skeptisch war, haben sie alles professionell abgewickelt und mir Schritt für Schritt geholfen, mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Ich bin froh, dass es nicht so ausgegangen ist, wie ich befürchtet hatte.

Wootrax of A&R kloppen niet
Ik ben op dezelfde wijze benaderd zoals in de recenties met 1 ster staat vermeld. Ik heb als test € 210,- overgemaakt (ze vroegen eigenlijk € 4.800 zijn).
Dit bedrag moest overgemaakt worden naar een Citibank rekening op naam van EricCasteleyn. Laat dat nou net iemand zijn die een positieve 5 sterren beoordeling geeft. Ik heb ook Wootrax benaderd maar die reageren helemaal niet op emails. Als je reageert via de support site waarom ze ook het saldo laten zien, denk je dat je antwoord krijgt van Wootrax. Klopt niet want ze geven geen naam of telefoonnummer zodat je op een andere manier kunt reageren.
De eerste keer had ik zogenaamd een saldo van € 30000 (afgerond) en moest ik die € 210 betalen om een verificatie van de rechtmatigheid dat dit mijn account was. Dezelfde dag komt er opeens een bedrag van € 44.000 bij. Dat vonden ze ook nog een behoorde mij ook toe. Maar toen werden de "vericifatiekosten" opeens € 4482.-.
"geen nood", want die bedragen werden allemaal tegelijk aan retour betaald als zij het saldo zouden overmaken.
De reacties van Wootrax op de vele negatieve reviews zijn ook fake. Ik heb ze op diverse manieren benaderen maar krijg geen enkele reactie.
Mijn vraag aan Wootrax is dan ook, waarom reageert u niet op mijn emails met vragen maar reageert u wel op de negatieve recenties.
Wootrax heeft een website wootrax.org waarmee ze laten zien wat je saldo zou zijn.
Maar wootrax heeft ook een eigen website wootrax.com. Daar stuur ik mijn emails naar toe en krijg dus geen antwoord.
Op dit moment kan ik niets anders dan beoordelen dat met de naam Wootrax (en A&R) heel veel mis is. Trap er dus niet in. Maak geen geld over.
Als ik reacties krijg zal ik deze hier publiceren.

Being an it fossile, i can follow quite good what they try to do. I went pretty far to the limits. They pretend to have recovered funds from a forgotten account. Later the story changed to an account that was opened in my name. Every time you show that you know that the story is nonsense, it changes. There is no way to check the authenticity of them. The domain is registered late 25. The website went live even later. No verification information for their "company" is presented anywhere. There is no contact information available. Their telephone number is never the same and was traced back to an online service that provides random numbers per conversation. So being knowledgeable in this field and having gone along with their suggestions quite far, i can not state any different then that there are to many red flags that confirm that this is a scam. BEWARE they try to get missing info for their profile archive during a very subtile conversation !!!

This company is trying to scam you. They say they have been trying to contact me for 6 months but their website was only created at the end of 2025. ChatGPT indicates they are scammers. When you talk to them they are unprofessional, don't get your name right and started shouting at me when I wouldn't give them any money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I have been contacted by A R Consulting…
I have been contacted by A R Consulting multiple times trying to get me to engage in their offered recovery of my funds. Today I asked them to provide a web address so I could research them. The address produced a page under construction. When I challenged this they said they were part of Wootrax and gave me the Wootrax website address. I found the page and said, at that point, that I would do some research on the company before I'd engage in conversation. Having read the 6 reviews available on Trustpilot on Wootrax and Wootrax's responses, it appears that A R Consulting are making false claims about any connection they may have with Wootrax. As for Wootrax I can make no comment as I have no dealings with the company other than having read their comments to their reviews. They mention they have 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. However, from what I can find there is only 1, 5 star review and 5, 1 star that all have connections to A R Consulting.
Wootrax maybe genuine, I don't know but they certainly need to take action against A R Consulting if they genuinely have no connection.

Trying to get me to pay €100 to claim…
Trying to get me to pay €100 to claim my £55 k back. I'm in the UK, they didn't even bother asking for a sterling payment. When I asked aboutwht I have not been informed the court found in my favour I was told that's what they are doing and the court gave them my details. That's a data privacy failure. A court would not hand out mey contact details without my permission.... As IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

BEWARE A&R Consulting and Wootrax are SCAMMERS !!!
I concur with JV's review. Beware these are big scammers.
I have also been contacted, by A&R Consulting out of the blue by phone. I did not receive any e-mail beforehand to advise me that I legally lost a certain amount of money, or to proove to me that the have investigated the matter.
They claim also out of the blue that they recovered a big amount and that I only can recuperate some 8k USD. They also claimed that I lost this money on the FTX bankruptcy and my funds had accumulated, I was never on that Trading platform to begin with.
When you asked for it they send you some documents to prove that A&R Consulting exist and they do not explain how this was settled in court. They have no documents with your name on it and how they investigated the matter.
When they have you on the phone they want you to login to the wootrax website, give in a new password, do NOT do this !!! They can misuse it if you use the same password you use for several other websites.
Then they want you to give up key information that indentify you. So they now have your e-mail address, a password, and vital information that they can misuse - identity theft.
The context and website's they create can look convincing because now it is easy to create professional looking texts - even legal texts - through the use of AI of course.
BE AWARE and never reply anymore to their phonecalls or e-mails, these ARE SCAMMERS !!!
You can see their response below, just fabricated from AI. They are that clever. I have experience with them because they wanted to lead me through their Wootrax website to give up my details and identity.
They are just scared that people will see via Trustpilot that they are scammers and so they cannot rip any people off.

Beware, scam!
Beware, scam! They're related to A&R Consulting which is also a fake company. Never pay anything to them, your money will be lost forever!

After their answer: definitely a scam! They're answering as if this is an A&R Consulting review. They even couldn't figure that out. A&R Consulting is fake as well. I have an account at the Wootrax website and everything shown is fake. I have to pay them (with a Stripe link NOT connected to a company called Wootrax) in order to get my funds ($50000 no less) back. But I haven't lost any funds. The so called reviews on their site are all 5 star Trustpilot reviews but these reviews don't exist on Trustpilot. And the pictures of those reviewers are from Shutterstock... According to gov.uk it's a dormant company.
Please don't even think about sending them money!
