Similarly to other reviews, I have complained about the product over 6 months ago and ignored via their customer service team. Commented on a tik tok 2 days ago and all comments from all videos are being deleted. Painful, runny product. More likely to lose hair from stress than this.

Absolutely amazing for hair removal. I haven't used any of the other products other than the removal and soothing creams. Leaves me feeling very smooth and hair free

Received the product, which didn't work at all. Contacted them and had an odd email back where the adviser recited sales figures to me, as if this would somehow prove my experience wrong. I asked for a refund, was ignored. Chased and was ignored. So claimed the money back via my bank. When will I learn to check companies on Trustpilot first?? Save yourself the pain and don't bother using them.

Complete scammer, You will never receive the item. Fake delivered date and time with no address verified.

all of it is fake you don’t receive the product and according to comments of you do it doesn’t work i’ve not received a refund as i’ve waited a week and i believe they should be shut down cause they’re scammers

I had seen so many adverts on social media but was skeptical about buying it online. I saw it in Superdrug so thought I'd give it a go.
I tried it the same day and it has changed my life! I'm a Hollywood wax kinda gal but that's getting expensive, this hair removal cream is cheaper and 100% worth it for ALL intimate areas beneath. No burning, no ingrown hairs, no irritation from the hairs coming back, no thrush (experienced this with hair removal cream for intimate areas before). I did have an already sore patch from chaffing which did burn from having the cream on but that was expected, these creams are not to be put on broken/irritated skin so be mindful of that. It does have that weird smell of other hair removal creams but not nearly as bad. I will 100% be using this product going forward.

Do not buy - stated its suitable for sensitive skin.. it is not it caused bleeding.

Absolute scammers. I placed the order in August, the same day received an email saying the order is on its way. At the beginning of September I still hadn't received anything so contact them for an update. All I got told was "We will look into it", no further update even after I emailed them. I emailed twice for a refund. They never got in touch again. Thankfully I paid with PayPal, so got my money back. Don't trust these scammers.

Please be warned! I do wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing. This brand claims to be ‘suitable for sensitive skin’ it is far from it, my skin is so sore, it feel like it’s been burnt around my intimate areas. Thought I’d give it a go on my legs that aren’t as sensitive as other areas and did the test as it says on the box, no hair came off after 3 minutes so the box says leave on longer. I left it on for 5 mins and still no hair removed!
I will not be purchasing again! Very disappointed.

I had ordered the hair removal cream from other shops in the past and found that it worked really well.
Unfortunately I decided to place an order with the company and a week later it hadn’t arrived. I had received an email several days before stating that it had been dispatched but as there was no tracking information I had to email the company myself asking if they could locate my item.
They responded a full day later, claiming that due to a technical problem some orders hadn’t been dispatched and offering me 10% off my next order. This isn’t really an acceptable solution, when my original order hasn’t arrived.
I asked for a refund as I now need to go out and buy hair removing cream elsewhere. I received a very short, prompt response that they had processed my refund, so I’m assuming this company actually doesn’t have any of the product to sell.
It would have been nice to have been advised of this last week, and not have had to chase up an order over a week later. Really poor service and I will not use this company again.

The hair removal cream does work, however you have to apply a LOT of cream for about 7-8 minutes to get good coverage. I just go over the odd bits with a razor lightly at the end and it’s much easier than shaving normally. I would avoid using too often as it did make my skin a bit irritated after i used it twice in the same week.

The soothing balm is a GAME CHANGER! I find applying it after using the hair removal cream and shaving really really reduces ingrown hairs and any redness/ bumps! It soothes your skin so well, i had barely any itching. I will definitely be buying the soothing balm many more times.

Absolutely terrible wish I read trust pilot before I ordered. Bleached my skin and when I emailed I was ignored until I emailed again and they said it wasn’t their product but my skin just doesn’t bleach itself and I only use soap and water for washing. Honestly knocked my self confidence and the lack of care about the situation it’s disgusting.

Couldn’t tell you how good or bad it is as it’s been about 2 months and it’s still not here. Sent an email to customer services when it was over two weeks late. Had nothing back.

The product does not work, it just burns skin. I emailed customer services to return this for a refund and they asked me to try it again, so I did. I have since emailed them 4 more times as I still want to return my item but I'm clearly being ignored. Zero customer service skills and a terrible way to run a business. I wish I had checked the reviews more before buying.

I was attracted by all of the positive reviews on an Instagram advert. However, despite following the instructions, it didn't have the expected result. Barely removed any hair. It's very thin and you have to use a lot to cover all the hair. It seemed to evaporate before the time to remove was up. The product didn't have a strong smell, so that was nice compared to other products. However, it's quite expensive for what it is. I won't order again.

I bought woowoo hair removal cream as I was fed up of shaving and been left with sore skin. I saw this advertised on Instagram and tiktok and thought I would give it a go. It doesn’t work very well on ‘intimate’ areas or thick hair, I had to use over half the tube, it has a thin consistency and not that easy to apply. I left it on longer than the recommended time and It didn’t fully remove all the hair, however, it might work if you kept on top of it and did it regularly. The positives are it doesn’t have a strong smell and doesn’t irritate the skin.

I don't usually leave reviews for things but I'm actually over the moon with results. I was definitely skeptical and I'm glad I didn't read the trust pilot reviews before. I'm a pretty lazy gal when it comes to intimate hair upkeep, so when it actually worked I was cheesing in the shower. I also thought the line of smooth like a dolphin might just be a gimic but it's actually left my skin feeling really smooth. Do recommend!

Once I finally got around to using Tame It I was blown away, I have thick, dark hair, so to be honest I was expecting to be low key disappointed.
AMAZING!! I used the in shower version out of laziness, easier to clean bathroom. 3 circles with my sponge and covid lockdown long clumps of hair were collecting in the plughole!!!
Painless and effective, I have a wee patch of thatch left in the traditional Brazilian area at the moment, husband did not mind at all 😉. So next week I'll slap some more on for holiday prep. I have never been more relaxed for bikini time.
I would suggest trim down if longer before use.

After having to contact numerous times now on email & on Instagram for a reply regarding my order I placed my order on 2/04/22 and it’s now the 14/04/22 I was told it was shipped on the 8/04/22 to the Royal Mail with tracking number since this date Royal Mail have still not received my order. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and service they have provided. I have emailed numerous times and still haven’t had a reply from my last email or Instagram DM, this is very poor service for a business, I see from Instagram/tiktok that ‘influencers’ that are gifted products have managed to have there orders before somebody that’s actually purchased the product themselves.
