Excellent communication and lovely to work with
Jasmine and the team are very accommodating and lovely to work with. Communication was excellent and very helpful always. Will be using them in the future and best broker service I’ve received. Very knowledgable company !

A Personal and Professional Approach
Michael Street was brilliant all the way through - from proposing ideas, explaining the quote breakdown and communicating the plan.
He was in communication every few days to update us on the works and the plans going forward. This helped us organise our work and home throughout the whole works, and it reduced our stress levels!
His team were all polite and always on time. They worked well together and kept us up to date with what they were doing and offered suggestions.
Michael often asked for honest feedback during the works so that he could make adjustments to plans/schedules which meant the final product was absolutely as we had imagined.
A full recommendation.

Highly recommend Word on the street !
Fantastic service from Jasmine at Word on the street. I had exchanged contracts via auction and had strictly 28 days to arrange my finance/loan for completion. Jasmine got this through from the initial offer letter (with competitive fees and terms) through to completion before the deadline !!
This was not a straight forward purchase however Jasmine thought outside of the box and managed to obtain a great deal for me that would complete within the short timescale set. She chased all parties / lenders / solicitors on a daily basis and kept me informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend and will definitely be using Word on the street in the future

Word on the street have now been responsible for the letting of two of our properties. On both occasions they have gone above and beyond to ensure the properties were swiftly let to exceptional tenants.They have proven to be both friendly and efficient in all that they do and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who may require their services.
