Workable is great! I love that it is so seamless and you can switch from one candidate to another easily. It integrates with Google and Outlook so everything appears on your calendar automatically. It gets rid of the need for any paperwork and keeps everything organized and consolidated. It's the best platform I have ever used without a doubt!

We've had nothing but a great experience using workable. The dashboard is incredibly user friendly, and Yuka provided a great introduction into the platform to explain all the potential functions. We will keep using Workable as a tool for recruitment management.

Overall: 3.5 Stars if I could rate it that way

I'm a new user of Workable. It's a very quick and easy implementation and the pricing model is great for my needs (cyclical openings). Quick pros/cons:

Pros: Pricing, responsive customer support, easy to implement, good hiring team collaborative tools (email, calendaring, etc,), easy to customize applications, seemingly easy candidate application experience, great for lower volume applicant tracking needs.

Cons: No ability to create Application templates, All custom questions are Required by candidate to complete and no "skip" logic, canned report exports are not easily sortable, limited custom report capabilities, no Aging reports or candidate funnel reports, does not recognize duplicate applicants (primarily because application process does not require creating an account, which makes the application process more simple, so it's a trade off).

Workable is a great bit of kit and does everything you would expect from an ATS. It's not got masses of reporting tools at the moment but it is very much a solid, easy to use platform for the recruiter and hiring manager. We've tried a few and this one has had the best uptake by the team.

I've used a lot of different methods of tracking a recruitment process in my career to date and the whilst many software vendors over come the limits of using an inbox or shared documents very few fail to improve the experience any further. Workable offers a a lightweight framework on which to base your existing process. It's not dogmatic like many solutions that seek to force a user into a prescribed "best" way of doing things but it's robust enough to ensure that both candidates and hiring managers remain in touch with the process and their position in it.

It's normal that the biggest loser in any HR software is the user, but Workable is one of the very few that has clear and intuitive design at it's heart. It's because of this fact that I'm confident to introduce hiring managers to the tool directly and have them reviewing and messaging candidates in a few minutes.

Since I've used the tool it has continued to improve and new features are released all the time - again a rarity for software in HR where upgraded experience is normally followed by an upgraded price. Later updates like the mobile version, the ability to share candidates direct from the app and a one-click import from LinkedIn to the Workable system free up recruiters to be more effective and concentrate their efforts on improving experience rather than shepherding data flow.

Their are other "next-gen" ATS's in the market but it's Workable with it's excellent feature to cost ratio that makes the most sense for a business that really values it's growth.

Having suffered through multiple, popular Applicant Tracking Systems, I gave in to peer pressure and gave Workable a go. It was immediately obvious that the Workable team actually listened to the countless frustrations people like us have as their platform is almost flawless. It's incredibly intuitive, user friendly and logical but when you actually dig into its functionality then you're confronted with an incredible array of options and features that are all designed to eliminate hassle and risk. Their customer service is also second to none which is an incredibly important factor.

Before Workable our process involved Trello, emails, and lots of messy conversations. Moving to Workable for managing our hiring process was very similar to the time we moved to using a proper CRM to handle all our customer / sales conversations – nothing slips through the cracks, and we're now running a considerably more efficient, slicker, and fairer hiring process. I'm struggling to see how Workable could be any more perfect for us. It's awesome.

This is an excellent tool. I have used more than my fair share of recruitment software over my time as a recruiter for various companies. They are often very good in terms of the number of features but the design is terrible, the location of particular tools and functions makes no real sense and, as a result, they cost as much time as they save particularly if you are not using them day-in-day-out. They are also generally very expensive. I found Workable to be immediately useable - everything seemed to be where I thought it should be. The overall look is clear and pleasing. As a recruiter you can do everything from inside the app which is fantastic. If recruitment is only part of your job it keeps that element separate from the rest of your role making it all the more manageable. Workable integrated into our website really easily and we received great support from them when setting everything up. For any SME, I would definitely recommend Workable. There is no need to waste your time trying numerous trials of other options - this is simply the best out there by some distance.

As a recruiter, I spend most of my day using workable and I am a huge fan. It is super easy to learn how to use, has great features for hiring all sorts of roles, Works on mobile and they have an awesome customer service team.

It has to be said that workable is helping everyone work better and it is a tool I recommend to everyone!
