Sarah is super professional. She stayed calm and never showed any frustrations with us. She made sure the documents was more than accurate. She didn't leave any room for error and a chance for come backs. I highly recommend Working In to those interested in immigrating to New Zealand. My husband and I have just successfully completed our Straight to Residency Visa process and feel so fortunate. We considered going it alone and applying for the visa independently, but having a Licensed Immigration Adviser proved to be immensely helpful! We worked with Monika Warszawska, and she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, communicative, compassionate and efficient. There were many points in which she guided and advocated for us where we would have otherwise had great difficulty.
