I was out of town and upon return found out my gym was closing in McDonough. I was told my only option was to travel 15 min to Hudson bridge which I did not wish to do. I promptly wrote an email as instructed by their staff informing them I was canceling my membership. the 30 day period was met however they attempted taking the S25 monthly in Jan which the credit card rejected. Call after call, after call. Now they sent me to credit agency and ended up paying $116. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND WORKOUT ANYTIME GYM TO ANYONE!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CRIMINAL, NEFARIOUS BUSINESS. I visited this gym ONE time on Feb 04th 2025, while visiting family in Winston-Salem. The next morning, I learned the franchise had no location in NYC -- where I live -- so I immediately cancelled my membership and requested refund of the $55.98 I had been charged for membership initiation. I have attempted to cancel my membership and be reimbursed numerous times via email, voicemail messages, and live conversation with management to no avail. I have been consistently ignored. Instead, the Gym has continued to levy charges: $34.99 on Mar 04th & 13th, and $49.99 on Mar 21st. American Express has so far credited my account on all 4 charges which total $175.95 but enough is enough. Someone at this Gym is running a fleech-swindle operation. They should be stopped, if not arrested for their unethical, mercenary practices.

THIS GYM IN PALM BAY FL HAS SOME EQUIPMENT THAT IS JUNK. IT DOESN;T WORK PROPERLY. THERE IS NO CYBEX, HAMMER STRENGTH AND THE MANAGER MGR KENNETH BLEVINS - HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY - THE OWNERS ARE ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP -AND LOOKS LIKE THEY NEVER LIFTED A WEIGHT IN THERE LIFE. THEY SENT ME A SURVEY ON WHAT I THOUGHT OF THE GYM AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THE EQUIP THEY HAD WAS A LOT OF JUNK & YOU HAVE A MANAGER THAT WHEN YOU ASKED HIM TO LOWER A FAN WOULD START AN ARGUEMENT WITH YOU - THEY DID NOT LIKE THE TRUTH --THE VP SCOTT CORLESS TERMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP AND THEN THREATENED ME IF I EVER CAME BACK HE WOULD CALL THE COPS........IF YOU WANT TO REALLY BUILD A BODY GO TO A LA FITNESS, GOLDS, POWERHOUSE BUT RUN FROM THIS PLACE..... HORRIBLE GYM
