We have been using WorkSmarter for a number of years now (2021) and I still believe it's one of the easiest, simplest holiday and absence monitoring platforms out there. Loading new staff members in and getting a view of all staff members in one place is a massive time save.

We have been using WorkSmarter at ATG Group now for over three years, and it has overhauled our management of HR processes. Each employee has access to their holiday entitlements and documents via an easy-to-use interface.

The team are super quick to respond, and deal with any issues (of which there haven't been many). Very cost-effective and highly recommend!

WorkSmarter is very useful for time tracking and there is very good support if needed.

I mainly use WorkSmarter to monitor our employees holiday and sickness/absences from our company. It's a good system and easy to use. My contact, Luke is always willing to help if I need assistance. The reports feature is very useful. I would recommend this portal.

When I joined my current job, the norm was using the most horrific, locked spreadsheet ever to log and track holidays over 3 separate locations.
I looked at a few different online platforms and Worksmarter appeared to be the easiest.
We use the programme purely for holiday tracking only and it has honestly been a godsend! Very simple to use, I've contacted support very rarely and on the odd occasion where I have, they have been super!
The team are now thankful for having the programme. Previously, they'd have to wait to get into work, send emails to request holidays and try and access the password protected spreadsheet to see availability.

The team at WS have supported me from the start, helping with set up and training on the system and they continue to provide every day help and advice. Worksmarter is an excellent HR platform to manage employee details and confidential documents. We use it across the board to manage staff holiday and absences. Very easy to use with great data reports that can be easily exported. Highly recommended.
