Had great experience and support from Work Work for our Electric Storage Heater. Smooth run throughout installation and now happy with the Heater performance as the house is warm.

I got my Boiler installed from this accompany. The two professionals who came on site were extremely hardworking,completed the job as per utmost satisfaction. My flu was on vertical but took all the measures to sort the heating for my house. I’ve recommended Work Work Ltd to all my relatives and friends in Watford. Also would like to thank the professional customer service team for being so prompt and swift.

Thanks to green homes grant I got introduced to this company, they did my Flat roof and external wall insulation. Both the jobs are so well done. Hardworking team of gents working on weekends and late nights to hit the timelines.

I've had the worst experience with this company. First of all, their so called 'marketing manager' with whom I had to communicate throughout the process, is incapable to even read your email properly and understand what you want. E.g. I needed a quote for a loft insulation, and twice (!) she responded with an email about insulating a cavity wall. Not a single time did I receive a straight answer to my question.
Then Work Work asked me to pay a deposit of 120 GBP to send someone to my house and give me a quote. The deposit was meant to be refunded to me once I go ahead with the insulation.
I applied for the Green Homes Grant (GHG) using the received quote, waited for the grant for over 6 months and then decided not to waste my time anymore and to pay for the insulation from my own pocket. And guess what? Work Work refused to honour their own quote and informed me that if I want to do the work without the Grant, then it'll cost me significantly more! At no point before was I told that they charge different prices for the same service, depending on whether you pay it yourself or through a government scheme.
When I refused and asked for my deposit back - shock! - they refused and sent me some semi-rude emails pointing out that in the subject of their emails it says 'Green Homes Grant' which somehow should have indicated to me that the original quote was only valid for the grant. They then stopped responding to my emails completely.
I recommend you avoid these dishonest money grabbing people at all cost - save your time and money.

Personally wouldn’t even suggest going to them regarding any job !
Customer service is soo poor they spoke so rudely to me over the phone , spoke to rashmeet who only is accessible to speak to on email apparently and when you call the company apparently you can’t get through to the manager. I’ve had my grant since October and needed Installation which my voucher expires in august and every time I get in touch through email their diaries full , if you can take on a job why not just say to the customers they are overly full with bookings so the customers are able to go with another company instead of wasting their time . It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This company seem dodgy . They posted a leaflet through my mums front door promising a free new boiler if she was on benefits. Also promised to fit insulation. Took photographs of the whole house and her bank statement. Then come and fit half a room insulation and disappear. The guy who took the photos is not answering the phone now so I called the company off my landline. They start to say they dont know who "Hamza" is (photo guy) all of a sudden Hamza rings me back. So they dont know him but they have his number? anyway i call "Hamza" four times and no answer.

Call Workwork back and they say they dont employ Hamza. They dont know who he works for.....yet they know his mobile number and who he is.
