The screen of the app get frozen Disgraceful

Experience: Frozen Screen Exploits Ruining Bullet Games
I have been playing bullet chess on World Chess for some time now, and the experience has become genuinely unacceptable.
The core issue is simple but infuriating: when an opponent is clearly about to lose on time, the screen freezes. Every time. It is not a coincidence.

In bullet chess, fractions of a second matter. When the clock is ticking down and your opponent has mere tenths of a second left, the board suddenly locks up — and when it unfreezes, somehow they have survived. This has happened to me repeatedly, in patterns that are far too consistent to be random server lag.

There are only a few explanations, none of them acceptable: either the platform's infrastructure is so catastrophically poor that it cannot handle the very time-pressure situations that define bullet chess; or there are users exploiting some form of connection manipulation or script to deliberately stall the clock; or — and this is the most disturbing possibility — someone within the platform itself, whether a developer or a member of staff, is interfering with game integrity for reasons that defy rational explanation.

A legitimate chess platform has a fundamental obligation to ensure fair clock management. World Chess fails at this completely. I would urge anyone who takes bullet chess seriously to document these anomalies carefully, because what is happening on this website should not be dismissed as mere technical issues.
Until there is full transparency and accountability, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

This was supposed to be FIDE's official brand.

I bought two copies of their World Chess plastic chess set and I wound up doing a detailed video review on it and to summarise, these are the problems.

1. The plastic pieces are below FIDE's own regulation size, making them unsuitable for tournament play. The king height is 3.4 inches. Minimum king height for tournament play is 3.75 inches. Even their wooden studio set is like this. If they just got rid of the studio size altogether and made the plastic set the exact same size as the official set, they would've at least been suitable for tournament play.

2. The board is too small. Not only is it much smaller than regulation size, they're too small for their own pieces, making it hella clunky to use. Regulation board requires to have an overall size of 20 inches with 2 inch squares. A vinyl roll-up board would have been much more worthwhile.

3. The plastic is very fragile. One of the sets broke within the first few months of use. Some other material, or even some other form of plastic that is much more durable (reinforced plastic maybe?), would have been much more ideal.

4. This wasn't mentioned in the video itself, but the colours of the board blends in with the colours of the pieces, thus creating a camouflage effect against a player with no depth perception.

5. Both sets came with a rather busted box, dinged up on the insides with pieces coming in mere plastic baggies that came pretty much torn up.

6. I paid $90 for each set. That's an awful lot of money for a chess set that doesn't even meet regulation standards. The only two redeeming qualities of this set is that the top of the king is round just like the symbol itself and the set comes with extra queens.

7. One day in the rain (even in waterproof cases) and the felt falls right off. There is next to no felt on any of these pieces (humidity?).

8. The pieces are far too light. They are too easy to knock over. It would have been much more helpful if they were triple weighted.
