What I like best about world cue sports is that the service is second to none. Always informative, as in they keep you in the loop, you know what's going on. I have already used their site multiple times.

My new Cue creator cue is honestly terrific, beautiful weight, hit, feel, quality etc and I’m very satisfied.
Shipping was also extremely fast.
My only minor feedback is that the old look and feel of the website could use a bit of a freshen up - not in terms of its usability but more from the slightly outdated impression and perception it gives clients (I’m a business owner so it’s something I’m quite naturally critical on).
Additionally, I feel that the owner can come across a bit rude or short with clients, as he was with me on text (which despite this, he was quite helpful and responsive on) but mostly toward people leaving bad reviews on Trust Pilot (this isn’t a personal dig or worthy of not giving a 5/5 review, but I don’t think it’s wise to be anything but courteous and respectful even if the customer is wrong/irritating/misinformed etc) I think it’s also imperative to be open to criticism, while unfavourable and unfair reviews can be detrimental to a business; replying in haste in a defensive manner often makes the owner look guilty even though I definitely don’t think he (Mick) is at all.
All in all, would highly recommend to anyone who has a passion for the game and will be purchasing again.

I ordered a cue and some balls from Mick online and I soon got a call from Mick advising he thought the cue I ordered may be incorrect - and he was right. He helped me through the process and I ordered the correct cue and both items arrived interstate within 5 business days. Great service and top fella.

The cue I ordered wasn't in stock. Mick offered an alternative cue, refund or four week wait. i opted to wait and was kept informed of the progress. Cue was delivered within 3 weeks. Very good service and excellent communication.
