Asked a question regarding the tips a week ago unfortunately question was unanswered (ordered anyway)
Im in the UK so tips havent arrived yet so obviously havent tried.

I ordered a bespoke cue for English pool. Despite a 5.5 month wait, I am very pleased indeed with the result.
A nervous first use at the club proved the cue to be be beautifully balanced, silky smooth and very effective. The 8mm tip didn’t take long to adjust to and I am very pleased I selected it.

Overall, I was really happy with the service given by World Cue Sports.

Pros-
1. I noticed that the aramith balls I purchased were the lowest price on the online market when I made the search. To my surprise upon delivery they were 100% legit and brand new.
2. The products shown on the website were exactly how I received them. They were packaged very well and I was also left a business card which I was surprised about and this was a great addition to my delivery.
3. The categorisation of products on the website was easy to navigate and they have many things to buy which are uncommon but unique.
4. The checkout system was very modern despite the website looking old. I think the back end service delivery is really well done.
5. Delivery was only three days which I thought was quiet good. The follow-up confirmation emails and product overview helped me to get to the products and this was really helpful for showing people what I bought rather than trying to navigate through the website.

Cons -
1. The website appears a little old and outdated e.g., header/footer and product category page. However I did think this look and feel may suit older audiences. I then changed my mind when I found the website to be quiet slow with its upload speed for pages. I think the consumer facing part of the website could be improved more.

Overall, I was really happy with the business and its products. I will defintely be shopping here again.

I've made several purchases from World Cue sports and they have always been fantastic and prompt with their service. Most recently I purchased of of their Cue Creator handmade cues and I have to say, wow! Superb quality and almost flawless fit and finish. (The name badge on the butt of the cue I received is slightly off centre and you can feel a ridge of metal when handling the cue, but this is not a big deal to me as it is not sharp enough to break skin). Service was excellent when purchasing aswell! I ordered. 3/4 cue with a 1 piece case so I could store an extra cue. Mick called me to confirm this wasn't a mistake which I thought was excellent attention to detail for their customers.

Definitely won't be the last time I purchase from these guys!

Great communication and the product came on time. Postage is quick as well and i love my new cue stick. I will definitely buy from them again. If you want great service when buying anything about cue sports, buy from world cue sports.
