Am typing this as World Of Tech have resolved a physical problem with a 10 month old Lenovo computer, seemingly with no help from the manufacturer. Of course, a retailer has the statutory responsibility for the goods it sells, but it shouldn't have to work so hard to do so. That WofT have done so is a reassurance that future customers may value.

Great store with friendly staff who have always taken care of me whenever I go in regardless of if its to have a repair done brouse or but one of the hobbie items they now sell

I thought my Hard drive had failed and lost very important pictures. I took it to them after taking it elsewhere and they managed to get all the data back.

The staff were excellent, kept me informed and was very clear on the pricing (which I would have paid double if I had to)

I made a call at 14:00. And less than three hours later my lost files were recovered despite Microsoft 365 and IPad helplines failing to resolve my problem. First class friendly service

Popped in as I was idly considering a new computer monitor yesterday. Staff really couldn't do enough for me (even when I was a pain and asked to demo one!) I couldn't help but buy.
The range of products is really fantastic for a small retail space and the staff knowledge was terrific. In the end I paid way less than I was expecting for a product I'm delighted with. Who could ask for more??

Sidenote, the packaging they used for my refurbished monitor (no box obviously) was spot on and it looks good as new!

We've had numerous experiences with World of Tech and they've been fantastic. They're all very personable, and explain things in a simplistic way (but not condescendingly), they'll also deal very swiftly with the problem and ultimately charge a reasonable fee, so what more could you ask for? We will always use World of Tech wherever we move to, thank goodness they're here.

I would highly recommend. They fixed my computer in super quick time with curtesy and professionalism. Its now back to working perfectly and the cost was very reasonable too! This will definitely be my go to place from now on, just moved to the area so I'm glad I now know a good reliable place for computer purchase and repairs.

Purchased 2 custom build PCs just before Christmas. Outstanding service - listened to what we wanted and needed and came up with the goods within our price range and totally 'on spec'. Even delivered them to us to save us the trip.
