I ordered 2 x WORLDPADL - Pressurisers on 4th June.

On 9th June I received:
We are sorry it is not in your hands yet.
We have been busier than ever recently, which is something we are genuinely so grateful for.

On 12th June I received:
Last week our warehouse flooded. We have not been able to pack or send orders for over a week.
We hoped to fix it fast. Sadly the damage was worse than we first thought.

On 19th June I received:
A quick one from us.
We wanted to check in.
Your order should be with you by now.
If it is not, please reply to this email immediately and we will chase it down.
OR I could request a refund.

After checking our CCTV and Ring doorbell I could see that no attempt to deliver has been made and so on the 21st June I asked for the tracking code of the product and if they could not produce that and a picture of their flooded warehouse that they would need for their insurance claim they needed to refund the order.

I haven't yet received an email telling me they're sorry they're card machine is down and so they can't refund me...

It's now 30th June and still no response, even though they promise to read every email and respond immediately.

The matter is now in the hands of my credit card company as a matter of dispute.

Ordered over two weeks ago now. Emailed no response. No delivery update. Next day delivery paid for!

Disgusting service.

I bought the inner soles as I was aching after games. They are very cushioned and have noticed an improvement since using them. Would highly recommend!

Paid for my order but never received the item. I emailed to ask about my delivery date got no response for a couple of days then I received an email telling me about the flood at the warehouse and offered me a full refund which I have still not received. I have emailed and phoned on several occasions but got no reply. Looks like I, amongst others have fallen for the con.

Well, I have been suffering from knee pain since I started playing Padel back in December. Having physio treatments and even a scan. I started using the insoles about 4 weeks ago, and I must say, the knee pain is much reduced. Its the only thing I have changed. So would definitely recommend switching to WorldPadl insoles. Still some residual pain, but I put that down to my age, and believe it will pass in good time.

I was charged twice for a product which cost £40. I spoke immediately to someone, before the item was even dispatched to report the issue. He could see they only had one order number their end for me, and he said he would look into the issue if I sent my bank statement to show 2 payments had been taken and he would take it up with Shopify. But weeks later, and many chasers from me I have heard nothing. I was then sent the same product a second time which I don't want and nobody is responding to me. Totally unacceptable service.

Ordered several items 10 days ago but still not shipped. Website still says next day shipping on all items. Did receive an email saying that their warehouse had flooded and it was causing delays but my order would arrive soon.

***Update 13/07 (Still no items or refund):

Company appears to have changed ownership over the past week from Xtreme Socials Ltd (UK based) to Rivara Brands (India based).

Doesn't look too good.

Hi There,

You already know about the flood at our warehouse. Here is what has happened since.

The damage was worse than we hoped. We could not save much of the stock, including your order.

So we are refunding everyone in full. It is not fair to make you wait any longer.

We have a lot of refunds to process, so yours will be sent within the next 7 days. Some are going out as early as today.

Once your refund is sent, it can take 3 to 5 days to reach your account. You do not need to do anything.

We are very sorry. Thank you for being patient with us.

We give you our word. Your refund will make this right.

I thought the company was great. I did panic a bit after I ordered because I couldn't find much about them online but they where great. I got my billing address and delivery address mixed up, I emailed to ask it to be switched and they did that straight away with no hassle. They also kept me up to date with my expected delivery date. All in all an easy company to buy from. And when the product was delivered my husband loved it so even better!

Still waiting for my order. No response from seller.

Great insoles . Up to the point of getting these insoles I had permanent pain after padel at the bases of all my toes on both feet . These insoles have made such a big difference . I’m a sports doctor and tried various different insoles and non previously worked up these . A very happy and pain free bunny . Hopefully they improve my padel as well , not likely … lol

These insoles have really helped my ankle pain when playing padel

Bought your foam supports. Took a bit of getting used to, but wouldn’t be without them now!

The padel insoles are like walking on air. They are very comfortable.
