Worldwide Cyclery is fantastic: competitive prices are often better than the competition; extensive selection; and some of the best service I've ever gotten. Over the past year, I have ordered small parts like quick links, larger parts like rims, and parts with variants like hubs. (Once they even discovered an inconsistency between parts in an order and actually fixed it. Not that they can read minds. But this guy figured it out!) I will almost certainly order again and would highly recommend them.

Very engaged employees that really care about their customers. Great prices, super fast shipping, and stellar customer service. They are my go to for all my mountain biking needs! Keep up the great work! Oh, their podcast kicks serious A too!

They state on their website that they will match or beat competitors pricing. I have shared 2 separate stores offering a bicycle at a significantly lower price and Worldwide Cyclery refused to offer a price match. Have contacted the company over 10-times in an effort to buy a Salsa Blackthorn bike. Now, they are ghosting me for days and not responding even after providing an additional online site selling for less.

I placed my order on September 9th, 2025 (Order #708197). Today is September 25th, and the goods still have not arrived. According to USPS, the item was never sent. I have written multiple emails, sent several messages through Messenger and Instagram, and called +1 805-375-4525 several times—unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.
At this moment, I am starting to feel that I have lost my money.🥲🥲🥲

They sell items that they don't actually have and are not clear about it. Slow shipping times.

Very knowledgeable answers to my questions. Just bought a kettle long sleeve shirt from them. Got it quickly. The shirt quality as and fit outperforms my expectations.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, and they refunded it when my order was delayed. Probably wasn't their fault but they took care of me.

I am a first time customer with Worldwide Cyclery and purchased two bearing extractors (November 2024). A while back, I discovered some of their maintenance related videos and was quite impressed. One extractor worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the other (different size) extractor had issues; which was upsetting. I called Worldwide Cyclery to explain the situation. A really nice/understanding guy answered the phone and quickly resolved the situation. I was amazed at the efficient and excellent customer service! I have a total of 6 bikes in my house and always need parts or supplies – Worldwide Cyclery is now at the top tier of my vendor list. Thanks!

These guys are the best in the biz. Know a ton about parts and compatibility and are always happy to answer any questions. Tons of passion over there. Nothing but great experiences with many, many purchases with them.

Awesome group! Many purchases from WW and Ketl and always have great customer service.

I even call them with questions about parts I didn’t buy from them and actual mammals (of the MTB species) answer the phone.
