Brillant product and service support. I own three of there products and the are perfect in every way. I would recommend them in everyway.

Nothing but praise for Worx, having purchased an item from Homebase last November, & stupidly not checking in the box, I reached out to the company as a grass collection box was missing. I fully expected to have to pay for the box, but this was supplied to me FOC, so over the moon, & would consider Worx as my first option for all future equipment - excellent service provided by Emma Smith👍

I’ve been using these tools for years and they are superb. The only tool that ever went wrong was the nail gun, and after just under two years, it started playing up. However, I called the customer helpline and spoke to an extremely pleasant and helpful chap named Patrick Sanders. He was very good and sent me out a replacement (new model) immediately. I was not expecting such a brilliant service tbh. Worx and Patrick should be applauded for looking after their customer so well.. 5 stars !!

I had trouble with my lawnmower and rang customer services. In no time the problem was dealt with and received excellent communication and help from Patrick and Emma.

Used my Worx nitro to wash the cross bikes in pits for the season… started playing up intermittently (it’s a hard life) and Worx swapped the unit no questions for which we v grateful thankyou! I have invested in a range of WORX DIY and gardening cordless tools in recent years and have found them excellent quality and well-priced.

I've only ever had one issue with a new tool, which was promptly resolved by Emma Smith in Product Support.

I would recommend the WORX brand to anyone.

I had an issue with the batteries/charger of my lawn mower. The customer service team have been fantastic in helping me out and resolving the issue quickly without issue.

I purchased the WG737E electric lawnmower and at the beginning it worked so well that I recommended it to my son. His lawnmower is still working efficiently. Unfortunately, after less than a year the battery output on mine was not fit for purpose. However, the prompt response from the after care team, in particular Patrick, was very reassuring and after several backwards and forwards emails I will be the proud owner of two new batteries. Thanks again Patrick.

I purchased Worx wx841.9 nail gun but it failed to fire. I spoke to Customer services and Patrick suggested it might be an underpowered battery as my existing batteries are a few years old. Patrick sent me a new battery and hey presto it worked first time.

In this age of little or no customer support, I have to say that the Worx support team have been amazing! I had to return my mini circular saw due to a fault and the second line team turned a replacement around in a week. In terms of the product itself, very good value for money too!

The Worx customer care was really amazing - so helpful, and very supportive to sort out the issue.
Highly recommended!

I had a battery that needed reviving. Patrick at Worx sorted it and sent the battery straight back without question. Always been happy with Worx products and after experiencing customer service like this I'll be sticking with them. Great work, really appreciated 👌

I contacted WORX customer service after my lawn mower developed a problem. Throughout our email conversations Patrick was excellent. He was helpful and informative and quickly replaced the mower which arrived within 4 days of my initial contact. Excellent customer service throughout. Thank you.

When my leaf blower failed inside its warranty the service was excellent from Patrick. He arranged the collection and replacement within 1 week. Great customer service and nice to speak to a human rather than the automated chats.

How refreshing to talk to a real person and have your issue resolved in minutes. I had lost a part from my Worx mini chainsaw on first use and called the helpline and spoke to an agent who after ensuring he’d correctly identified the part in question immediately placed an order to ship the part. Excellent service, if only all service was this good.
