This is a great charger. I am very happy with it, although it's not cheap.
I ordered the charger on a Friday and was given an estimated delivery date of the following Monday, but it was delivered on the Wednesday. Whilst of little consequence to me the incorrect communication was disappointing.
Given the price of these chargers it is annoying that the wall holders need to be purchased separately. It also annoying that these holders (I bought 2, one for each charger) had to be altered to allow the smooth removal of the charger - the fins on the cable connector at the base of the charger catching as the charger is lifted - a rotary tool was needed to enlarge the bottom hole.
In summary a great charger but my experience was spoilt by minor details that could be easily addressed.

Very quick delivery CP cable 0.75mm rather than 0.5mm.Good product easy to fit.

Accurate advice before purchase and prompt delivery. Very pleased with choosing your company.

Quality of Charger better than BMW charger - with a display showing clear and relevant information. The charger fixed all the issues I was having with the BMW Charger. Delivery was within 2 days. Highly recommend.

So useful for visiting family who do not have electric vehicles.

I first used the evcables.com to learn about the cables that a neighbour and I needed, and I even called their helpline to clarify that each end was male v female plugs (probably obvious, but I thought it worth checking). Guy on the line was smart and pleasant, diret answer, so i quickly went on and bought 2 of different lengths that suit each me and my neighbour.
They arrived on time and of the quality and specification expected, less a 10% discount for buying two. Really straightforward, no fuss.
I think they should clarify the relationship between Wottz and EV Cables online presence, but otherwise all good.

Excellent delivery service. Ordered a 17.5 metre charging cable to go with OHME Epod charger. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered within 48 hours.
Other suppliers only offered 15 m or 20 m cable lengths. 15 was too short and 20 was unnecessarily long and heavier , so the option of 17.5 m was a bonus.
Cable and connectors have worked perfectly from first plug in and interface between Volvo on board computer and OHME charger has been faultless.

Only just started using 12.5m cable recently. Looks and feels like a quality cable.

However i only gave a three star review because my very expensive cable (mail order) was packaged very poorly, insufficient strength etc in cardboard box used, arrived with tape barely holding it together.
Possibly look at improving the strength and durability if the cardboard boxes used for longer heavier lengths if cable.
