Waste of time. I selected my delivery and entered an UK address and just when I proceeded to pay, it warned me there are no shipping options available. How is that possible? It's a normal UK address.

Really happy with my purchase, good price and very fast delivery. I almost did not purchase from this supplier due to poor reviews but my order experience was amazing. Thank you for the WOW service 😀

Delivery - if you are hoping to receive your delivery relatively swiftly, consider alternative options.

I placed a simple order, which stated delivery times as 3 - 5 working days.
It was only shipped 7 days later, despite the payment collected the day after ordering.
Received order 9 days after ordering (7 working days).
Not exactly speedy, nor in line with their own online info.
Also - typically retailers only take funds at the point of shipping, instead of a week in advance.

Appalling customer service!! I ordered several items, one of which was a birthday present. I received an email stating ‘WOW Camping was on it’ and they were processing my order. Several days later I received an email from Darren stating that one of the items had been incorrectly priced online and they were unable to fulfil the order due to their error, so they simply just cancelled the whole order. No phone call and no real apology.
I responded to the email but have received no reply.
Poor show and not a great way to treat your customers.
The company should be called ‘Not So WOW Camping’!

Ordered a tent. Dispatched three days later. Arrived two days after that. Simple, no fuss and stress free! Exactly what I want!

I ordered an item that was greatly discounted. The day after I ordered I received an email to advise they had made a mistake with the price on their website and cancelled my order and refunded.
I won’t order again from them. They need to make sure prices are correct to avoid disappointment.

I ordered 3 items from Wow camping as their prices were really competitive:
2 X 1L Granger's performance wash
1 X Granger's Repel plus

Upon receiving the package, the Repel plus was missing. I emailed Wow camping about this and I quickly received an apology email from Darren and the missing item was sent the following day without any fuss.

I typically do not write reviews but I was very impressed with the service provided.

Purchased a pair a Regatta Lady Harper ankle wellies, first pair ripped on seam after a couple of weeks, got a second pair as thought maybe just faulty. The same has happened, very poor quality and not fit for purpose. Only wore a few times to walk dog. I would like a refund. My order no is 537067, please respond so I can get bank details for refund.

If you had bothered to look at the item before sending it to me you would have seen the damaged broken plastic switch. It's not been damaged by the post because the missing switch was not it the box.
It's going to be thrown out more plastic waste
I want to be refunded in full including the postage
Why should I pay for damaged items to be sent to me unchecked before sending because they are under £20 I suppose it was no worth it

Had an issue with the Evri delivery, spoke to a very nice chap (sorry I didn't ask your name) and he is resending with DHL, also raised a complaint with Evri. How they deal with a problem when it happens is a reflection on the business and it was handled superbly. I recommend them whole heartedly. Sadly they use Evri for hazardous products not because they want to and that should not be reflected on their business, Evri issues should be directed solely at Evri for awful customer service. Don't blame the company for who they have to use sometimes.

Ordered on the 27th October delivered on the 28th October I paid for standard delivery 3-5 working days at a cost of £3.95 wow camping sent them express delivery at a cost of £9.95 so costing wow camping £6 extra I only paid £7.50 for Kampa damp buster crystals what a company to deal with absolutely brilliant

Ordered a gas cartridge from Wow Camping via Amazon. Sadly Wow camping use Evri and Evri lost the parcel.

Wow Camping were great though and relplaced the item promptly.

Last week I ordered 16 litres of heating paraffin from WOW Camping, together with some methylated spirits (just to quench my thirst!). First-time customer and very pleased with the company's prices. A tad slow in getting the goods out but they arrived today and I am happy. Will certainly use WOW Camping again!

Not sure who these stools are aimed for, I know they were reduced to £2.50, but were even too small for my grandchildren!
Well made, but useless. Destined for the charity shop I am afraid. Cant return as I threw away all the packaging before I tried them out. Lesson learned.
Despite this a reply to my e-mail would have been nice, hey ho.

Lowest price for camping gas cartridges when I searched the Web. Arrived 1 day delivery when I paid for 3 to 5 days delivery, so thank you WOW, I'll be returning to buy more.

Sorry, but I can't support any company that uses Evri (formerly Hermes) as their delivery partner. They (Evri) have certainly lived down to their reputation - order Thursday last week, 3-5 working days delivery time. Informed Monday that Evri had my parcel - nothing since. This morning, I check tracking before ringing Wow and find that my parcel is being returned to sender! Never attempted to deliver. Going away shortly and need the items ordered, so have had to cancel order and source elsewhere. Sorry, Wow, but that's us finished!

We have bought a lot of products from WOW Camping and have always been impressed with the good prices and good quality. What sets them apart though is the customer service. They are quick to respond if you have a problem and offer a quick solution. Very like John Lewis in a lot of ways and that is quite a compliment!

Placed my first order with WOW Camping last week, and I am very pleased with the products. There was a picking error with my order but I contacted them and they were super quick to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service!

I ws eager to get prompt delivery, and following ordering in a day or two asked for progress. Athough I waited a bit for an answer on the phone, which was "very busy" , the sales guy called Darren, checked and made sure that it was priorotised and it came next day----within 3 working days of order. excellent.

I was very pleased with the customer service received off Wow Camping. I ordered a Dometic Quattro chair, and phoned to explain that I needed it in time for a holiday. It was delivered the next day. Brilliant service and phone answered straightaway.
