We were really looking forward to this tour from our cruise ship in Invergorden to see the beautiful scenery and learn about the different sights. Tours are always dependent on the tour guides you get. Unfortunately, we ended up with a tour guide named Murdoch that talked non stop about anything and everything that had very little to do with the scenery and towns we were going through. His non stop talking was like he was performing a Shakespeare play in a theatre and we were a captive audience. If he didn’t finish his story by the time we got to a stop he would continue it when we got back on the bus. The man talked nonstop about nothing for the entire 8 hour tour. I am not exaggerating when I say there was not one minute of peace to enjoy the beautiful scenery we were riding through. I cannot say I would recommend this tour at all but if you do I would highly recommend you ask for a different tour guide!

While many tour guides are nice enough, they're working by rote. Andrew goes beyond the norm, and truly loves his subject. Positive experiences like this will stay in our memory for a long time, and that's what has made this tour so valuable for us.
