I ordered Wowee and then was advised it would not ship when promised. I cancelled the order on 4/30. Yesterday, 5/15 they charged me for the cleaner, which I did not recieve. When I called them, they said I wasn't charged. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Not a great business model.

I wanted to order something for my best friends baby for his christning and my other friend who also just had a baby girl. I knew I wanted something personalised. When I went to the website I was so impressed with the quality and items I ended up ordering loads. Items were packaged with care and so quick to arrive even though I left it till a couple of days before I needed them. My friends loved all the gifts and I will definitely ordering again from Wowwee!
Well done for an amazing customer experience! Supporting small local businesses is very important!

One suggestion I would make is more items for GAA or Hurling to be able to personalise! I will be ordering again in the future!

The doll arrived right on time for my granddaughters communion the packaging was beautiful and the doll was absolutely fabulous perfect gift the customer service was amazing will use again and highly recommend this company

I am so pleased with my order. I got a candle for my little girls Christening. I was late ordering it and emailed them just to ask if they could send it out as soon as possible and they could not have been nicer. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it was here Thursday morning. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Received a fabulous graduation gift for my daughter. Really well packaged, very impressive. Customer Service was unreal, as in, I got a response from a real live walking talking human being when I sent a query late Sunday night. Not only did I get an immediate answer, but my gift was marked as urgent & so,my daughter received her gift while she was home for a few days from Dubai. Bottom line, if you're in the market for unique Irish gifts, just Woo Wee it.😍

I have gotten many gifts from WowWee over the years. I have received gifts, bought for myself or others. Absolutely beautiful range to choose from and you just can’t beat a personal touch. Fabulous wrapping on everything and a fast delivery. It’s my go to for that little something special.

Would highly recommend. I had a Christening blanket nightmare and needed a new one with only 2 days to spare and they were very obliging and efficient in processing my order and getting it to me on time. The products are top quality too.

I've just recieved my order and really really disappointed with the quality of the personalised books for Holy Communion. The quality is so poor for the expensive price paid. The book literally will tear if opened fully to read the pages. So disappointed again.

I've ordered 3 personalised communion dolls from wow wee...they are absolutely stunning. I emailed the company to pre oder one of them and I have to say their customer service is just amazing. Fantastic company.

Absolutely loved every item I ordered, they all came in individual gifts bags and the gifts themselves are made of great quality. I cannot believe Ive never ordered from wowwee before but I certainly will be ordering again in the very near future!

Customer service second to none when I had an issue. A new baby Christmas personalised decoration had a screw missing when it arrived. I emailed the company. Two minutes later I had a phone call from Michelle apologising and insisting on a new one being sent. And two days later I had a brand new ornament sent by priority post. Now that’s five star customer service.

Unfortunately I got the personalised, spelling name wrong. I emailed wowwee asking if they could help me.
To which they immediately did, they responded quickly and were incredibly accommodating to me keeping me informed throughout.

I bought the star map constellation thing…. For our wedding anniversary. …. it prints out grey, not black and shiny like the ad. You can barely see the constellations on it. They said that’s how they print out….. looks like it ran out of ink. It’s a bit sh*te…..
