We got a solicitor but the reviews we so bad we asked for a switch which was completed very smoothly which is great. Unfortunately the number of communications you get from Home Legal Direct is so off putting. We got a mix of 30 emails and SMSs to my wife and myself in the space of 48 hours some are needed and some are marketing which when I called up I was told there was no marketing preferences so they couldn't be stopped which I'm sure isn't complaint or OFCOM supported. But if you can live with that and the "please leave us a 5* review and we will get in contact to tell you how you could receive an M&S voucher from us for your trouble." looking to buy good review (4 asks in 2 days currently) I would definitely use Home Legal Direct The prices are good, the service when you speak to them is great they just need to review there communications processes.

I have dealt with Charlotte from Home Legal Direct and she has been fantastic as was a colleague of her when I was trying to get in contact with Charlotte. Any questions I have had, she has been able to answer and has given me the reassurance needed. Charlotte has been great at following up and that is very much appreciated. Things are currently moving very swiftly with my allocated conveyancer so I'm grateful to Home Legal Direct for their time and effort prior to that match. Thanks!

Skeptical about these guys - they're just a middle man really skimming some money off the top. I was hopeful that they would deliver a good service but now that it seems their instructed firm are no hope they are refusing to refund us the money we have paid on account.
