As a startup Founder and new CEO, I wanted to have a superb website that is both easy to maintain and also extremely good looking for customers. I found the Inspiro theme by WPZoom that exceeded all my expectations. The setup and deployment of the website occurred practically in just a few minutes. Additionally, I also received 5-star personal assistance and practical tips for site development from the WPZoom support team. I recommend WPZoom if you want both quality and an excellent customer experience for you and your customers.

I've been using WPZoom themes since 2010. The themes are affordable and flexible, and I've used them to create websites for a news organization, a historical society, an academic publisher, and an academic journal. Whenever I've had a question or a technical problem customer support has been quick, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommended.

Wonderful themes. I am using oneto make my rathher technical bird photography site a bit more attractive and are quite happy using their Phototote theme for several years now.I get always almost immediate and mostly relevant responses to my technical problems. Most of all maybe I do appreciate the more or less personal attitude of help desk people. I am not talking to a computer but to people. So overall: "Chapeau" as the French say and thanks a lot! I'm using the Inspiro Block theme and it is very intuitive and fluid. The theme works well and allows me to create designs which would otherwise be extremely difficult. Very happy with it and I would recommend it Highly.

I love this plugin! I was able to add a new social no problem at all. I'm VERY impressed. Buy the Pro version!

Exceptionally beautiful and versatile theme, accompanied by outstanding customer service that catered to every request and went the extra mile to ensure a successful project completion.

I am highly satisfied with my purchase and especially Pavel, who was exceptionally accommodating and friendly.

I needed a videos-presentation theme that would work immediately, look great, and offer enough options for adjustments to suit my needs and desires WITHOUT requiring me to modify underlying computer coding. I got what I needed, thus my 5-star rating for VideoZoom.

Three years ago, for my first videos theme, I bought a different company's theme for $50 which did not work immediately, required too many adjustments, couldn't handle multiple videos on the homepage (it would freeze), and required underlying code adjustments. VideoZoom has been well worth the higher price.

Product is expensive based on equal value software from other vendors.
I found this product limiting unless you are a high-end WordPress user with coding knowledge.
Slow but existent customer support.
Documentation exists but is incomplete.

Overall (if you looking for a vendor and product that meets or exceeds your expectations you will be disappointed. They process client concerns with a firm line on vendor policy leaving a bad taste in your mouth. Sadly they only seem truly interested in their bottom line, not how a client or their experience could be made better or to exceed.).

If you're looking for a photography website template, keep looking.

Exactly why you should steer clear.

It wasn't anywhere close to 6 months from my purchase date that I requested a refund (more like 2). I didn't threaten anything. I gave you 2 opportunities to step up and do the right thing and good thing (this post came 3 weeks after my last request for a refund and "yes" I said this review was imminent which was fair). Nothing I've stated is malicious or untrue. I did offer to give my license up (yes). I'm not using it after spending $$$

This is about good business practices and fairness, nothing more. I didn't like your product and WPZOOM didn't have the decency to play fair!

Great company. You will be very pleased with their products services!

I left my original review below. Once WPZoom read this negative review, I had their full attention. I attempted to resolve this problem with them hoping I could leave a positive review once they had a chance to fix these issues. However, emails to me were retaliatory and they deactivated my professional theme and revoked my license less than a month after I purchased it. Here's a quote from Pavel who is apparently the owner showing the attitude this company has towards fixing relationships

"I think that people leaving negative reviews shouldn't be allowed to continue using our work or benefiting from our support."

Do not do business with this company.

original review: Horrible customer service. Refusal to help or take responsibility for their difficult-to-use theme and templates. Instead they lash out with nasty emails. Super disappointed after putting many hours into building my website. Do note recommend. Steer clear!!

Poorly designed and complicated setup. Refused to process a full refund after 3 back and forth short emails with customer support. Do not stand behind their product.

WPZOOM has been our theme of choice for 2.5 years. We looked for themes that were sleek and clean and found WPZOOM to be the clear choice.

To this day we continue to be impressed with all that WPZOOM has to offer - their themes are simply the best looking ones out there and their support has always been prompt, friendly and very effective.

We picked a great theme (called Insight) and feel we have a great support team behind us when we need them. We recommend WPZOOM to anyone.

YOU CAN'T DONWLOAD YOUR OLDER VERSION OF THEMES YOU BOUGHT. THEY'LL MAKE YOU PAY AGAIN TO DOWNLOAD THEM.
