The best customer service I’ve experienced
I had a genuine question I needed to ask so dropped an email in and had a quick response from Phil.
He answered everything I wanted to know and explained things to me. I gave him my honest opinion of the products and he even emailed me on a Sunday to say thankyou for my positive feedback and that he was going to run it passed the team too.
Phil left me feeling valued and appreciated as a customer which is brilliant, so thankyou again Phil

Top quality service from Wraith
Been using wraith for over 2 years without a hiccup.
One delivery stuck / tracking delay and within an hour of emailing, I get a response offering replacement straight away no problem.

I ordered the Wraith Crate Bundle 🥰
I ordered this about last week, yes it was delayed. But customer service was brilliant to keep me informed. Every Wraith Family need this crate. The Tee I had wasn't the standard tee but again customer service reached out! I got my favourite flavour cult candy and everything which was in this crate I love it!!! Now my son has my little duck lol absolutely love it. Thank you again Wraith you've been absolutely wonderful from the start til the end to keep me informed. Get yourselves one 😉

Incredible customer service!
Contacted Wraith by email as one of my tubs had gone clumpy inside. I received a response within an hour from the amazing Phil explaining they have actually increased the packets of silica gel in tubs now to prevent this and then gave me a code to use on my next order. Customer service can be lacking these days so this could not have impressed me any more!! He is a credit to the company!!
