Wrappi Opiniones

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase delivered under AWB No. 371853247615. The product received does not match the description, specifications, and expectations set on the online shopping platform.

After receiving a defective product, I requested support, but the resolution process has been frustrating. As a customer, I expected accurate product information, better quality control, and a hassle-free return/refund experience.

I have requested a return and full refund, along with pickup instructions, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been a very poor shopping experience, and I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and improves its after-sales support. The support no given in site 9408978921 doesnt work and the support email address support@wrappi you dont get any responses. If by chance anyone from Wrappi reading this, please reach out to me on 9880201181
