Their website boasts unconditional return policy. I ordered two men's cashmere sweaters in a size LARGE. What I received were so small I could not fit them over my head. I asked for a return authorization and they responded with offering me a 10% refund. I explaind the sweaters serve zero value to me and I really want a refund. They responded with a 20% refund and again I said no. Now they explained I would need to return the sweaters to Asia at my expense and insurance and it may take several months for the refund to be processed. 100% disatisfied!

One star is too many
One star is too many. They portray themselves as a Chicago company but ship from China. Very poor quality; color is printed on white rubbery fabric (inside of the garment is white). To return, you’ll have to pay $25-30 to ship to Asia. They’ll offer a 10% discount to keep it. If you hold out they’ll get to 30%. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
