I have yet to receive my items. This was for a special event and therefore we had nothing.

The zip code was incorrect. It was listed as 22303 and it should be 22203. I submitted an address update to UPS. They said it has to come from the shipper. I contacted you and you told me to submit it. So I've just been going in circles. Sooooo disappointed cause I love the items.

Ordering is easy however I wish the bags of wristbands were labeled with the size of wristbands that are enclosed in the individual bags.

My order got sent to the wrong address accidentally and they were quick to fix that. I think that was great of them. Thank you so much! I had a deadline and it was still met.

I have order twice for a smaller size and you keep sending the wrong size. Im not understanding where the communication breakdown is happening. I have ordered 64mm rings and you keep sending me 74mm rings.

I liked the bracelet quality but the colors kinda of ran into one another which made me embossed font, a little blurry on a lot of the bracelets

I have ordered the same bands several times and the font is always different even though I choose the same font. This most recent order I also got a few wrist bands with a different phrase so I’m having to go through all the bands to make sure they are correct.
