Had to get a new company out to fix their faults, they made me pay £3250 for nothing or another company would not touch my house, We have suffered throughout the winter months. If it was the summer months I would have taken them to court, they have made our lives a misery. They don’t listen to anything you tell them, they say that the boss isn’t in even though his car was parked up, so they are also liars. I have had building control, structural engineers and other people to come take a look and with Wsl windows present in my property they stated that the job was not done correctly but yet I have had to pay. Today the 05/01/2023 I had a reply from my review, stating that they had not done all the damage that had been done, under the consumer right 2018, if a builder is subcontracted by a company then the company is accountable for the actions of the subcontractors. The statements about my husband in the comment sent to myself by you was disgraceful, I did not email WSL windows stating my husband had Bipolar tendencies. I have proof also, pictures, emails, reports from council etc. How dare you state my husband was abusive to me, when he wasn’t. Everything in my statement review is true. I can produce evidence of everything I have said.
