They have changed their checkout and now limit the amount of text you can provide for the shipping address. We are a business and they give us 35 characters to provide unit number, business park name and street address. It is not enough so we are unable to place an order until this is changed.

Ordered multiple sets of business cards. I needed help to understand how to book online, with all the different set ups. The cards arrived minus one set which they rectified and sent out the next day. Quality of cards are good, I ordered soft touch on both sides.

We opened our restaurant 3 years ago and since we've opened I have been using A4 8PP Booklets with SPOT UV and Gold Foiling and lamination throughout. Last years they stopped laminating the booklets throughout so we had to settle with no lamination on the inner pages. I have been using the same artwork since we opened and I can understand I got the artwork wrong on the first occasion, but every single time ive ordered I have always followed the guidelines and upload accordingly to which they request the SPOT UV and Gold Foiling to be in separate pages, as to their request I follow it up with the amended artwork, this time I ordered exactly the way I did previously, they reject the artwork delaying it further, because this time they wanted the gold foiling to be in the orange colour, I dont know if its time consuming or if they just simply dont like offering this product but it has always been very difficult. Now I am reviewing this based off of just ordering the Booklets with the extra embellishments, other occasions they have been absolutely top tier and I have been using them for many many years, I just always have the worst time getting the booklets in time because the colour on the document was gold (like how I have done it for many many orders) I ordered on the 18th of November, unfortunately no one gets back to you straight away meaning it has been almost 4 week. I was supposed to receive the menus on the 2nd as we opted for the express service, the new menus were to be launched on the following Friday meaning we've had to delay launching our new menu items. I also ordered the A5 Booklets which have been delayed also as they were coming on the same order. This meant my Drinks launch also had to be delayed. This has genuinely been a horrible experience and I would like to point out, this is the experience I have only ordering booklets with embellishments. Nobody got in touch with me to let me know, or to apologise. Sadly ive experienced a full weeks worth of loss from this so I will look for alternative menus as I cant deal with this whilst trying to run a restaurant.

Late deliveries, problems with your website, refunds not processed in a timely many creating reconciliation problems.
Absolutely appalling customer service. placed an order on the 3rd December with the wrong address, I rectified to the right address immediately the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address even though it was done before the order was even processed and the lady on the phone was vile. would not recommend. Ended up wasting money for an order. I will not be using the company again it's not the first time they have done something wrong and refuse to correct it.
AVOID, THRY ARE A NIGHTMARE! customer service has went downhill rapidly. Prices have rocketed, service has hit rock bottom. Used to use WTTB often for printing but now found far better and more reliable options for printing elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
Honestly these guys have been a godsend recently, their customer service is impeccable. (Shout out to Jordan!) Everything is fast and to a great quality, will definitely be using them again for wrapping paper and cards!

If I could give zero stars then this would be what I would give, actually no, minus stars. So, so badly let down. Placed an emergency and very important order on a Friday, needed garaunteed delivery by the next Tuesday, made sure to pay for delivery by 10.30am as the items were needed for an inportant Expo on the Wednedsay. Uploaded and paid before the dealine on Friday night, email confirmation received, job done or so I thought. Come the Monday evening my account is showing awaiting submission? Phone lines and online chat now closed noone to speak to. On the phone first thing Tuesday not feeling hopeful, to be confirmed the order is not coming and they seem to have no idea why especially when I tell them I have the confirmation email. The frst thing I was asked it says awaiting confirmation on your account did you submit online! Erm do you send out an order confirmation if it isnt? Oh er I need to look into this...USELESS - so my order isnt coming today? No. Now we have a major problem and its probably going to cost us a lot extra to fix, if it even can. Im so angry, beyond angry, this could seriously affect my business :(
A few months ago, WTTB cost me a client and several thousand pounds by messing up print for a conference and not letting me know so I could have arranged replacements. They ruined the conference. Stupidly I came back for my mother-in-law's Order of Service for her funeral. I ordered express print to be delivered on a Monday. I called the Friday before it was due as it hadn't been marked as dispatched, to be told 'we take particular care with jobs like this, don't worry'. On the supposed delivery day, I had a tracking message (after 25 mins waiting on the phone and the person who was supposed to be dealing with them going into a meeting rather than contacting me) from DPD saying they would be delivered on Tuesday. I had to make yet another phone call and have extensive conversations with yet another person. Absolutely appalling service, you couldn't have let me down more.
Fast, accurate, great quality. Just wish they’d accept artwork as jpegs rather than pdf format. I find it hard to remove background from pdf.
What an amazing company. Their customer service is second to none. We wanted some dry wipe finished selfie frames for an event and nothing was too much trouble- from my initial inquiry, to dealing with a problem I had with my design, to the speed of production and delivery. The finished product was better than I ever expected (they had warned me there may be slight pixelation due to my design quality, which I accepted, but none is noticeable), good quality and will last well. Every single person I spoke to or was in contact with was a credit to the company. I would definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them. Thank you.
I love WTTB, the business discount used to be amazingg. I find it so expensive now. I don't save much money on my journal printing. It's such a shame.
