BEWARE. they ripped me off $20. What happening? the photos are not accepted for passport application

Gave me a digital photo with the top of my head cut off. Totally unusable. Now have the hassle of getting a refund.

The online instruction was easy to use and the photo turned out great but unfortunately it was rejected by the government. The website said they would give me a premium code to upload another picture for free, I sent emails twice but no responses.

Everything as expected and stated. Upload photo, crop, and pay $9 for 4x6 sheet. Email or download. Done. Print at house or wherever you wana go.

After purchasing, noticed corrected photo had chopped off hair on one side. Would like to get refund for poor quality of photo.

this service and code not working properly i mention costumer care team no response. before is good service 2016 to 2021 . 2022 gone down. very poor loose money .never trust this site .

uploaded a photo, carried out the steps, paid the €6.98, downloaded the image but the passport office reject the image as being the wrong format. Not fit for purpose

They straight up lie on the website, they say "123PassportPhoto is a free passport photo generator that helps you to make Ireland passport photo online." It's not free, it costs €6. I wouldn't have posted this if they stated that it's a paid service so I wouldn't spend time uploading the photo.

Bad quality low contrast photos. Stay away.

First the site is misleading: it is not free, you have to pay $6 to get rid of the watermark. This is just what I did and after payment the pictures became completely black as if they had been taken in a complete dark room! And of course nobody answered at customer services. Stay away from this scam.
