Expensive way to gain very little information.
Full report does not show anything other than name and address and Post code. No date of birth so how can they check anything else. It all came back no information. I can do a land registry check for £3.00
They could not even do that.

What a con. Have to buy expensive credits for any information. Of course you only find this out once you've registered. Truly would not have bothered to set up the stupid account if I had known it was all a ruse to get you to buy credits. Checking the electoral roll is a much cheaper option which I will now use. If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. A waste of time and effort. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish.

Due to my mistake I overpaid for what I required.
192.com we’re very quick to respond to my query and the issue was resolved far easier than I expected.
Great customer service.
Constantly late in paying affiliate commissions through tradedoubler has happened on average 5 times a year for the last 3 years

Happy with the blinds and fitted earlier than was told!!
I went to do a search on behalf of a family member to see if we could find one of her school friends. So we typed in name and last known location. Then we got a stupid message saying our request has been automatically blocked because of abnormal activity.
I am absolutely speechless
What abnormal activity????
I would of given a minus star if it was a choice.
Based on todays experience I would not recomend using 192.com
I would like a public explanation why my single search for one name was blocked and what exactly is the called abnormal activity??? Very strange indeed. I thought searching for a specific name was 100% normal and that is what the site is for. Searching for lost friends and family etc.
While I was talking about this to a family member they said that during lockdown they needed to find some one and done a full paid for search. And when they logged in from their home computer to write down the address and phone number they where double charged for the search. Stealing money from their credit.
I certainly wont be ever using that site ever again. 2 out of 2 bad experiences.
Just for the record. No abnormal activity has ever been conducted from this device Period.

I would not waste my money on this site. Information is very out of date. I only found out today that my father had died back in 2009 through a professional company that did not cost me a penny !

Rapid response to queries, very content with the level of customer service.
The 192.com Service has proved to be really useful in detective work to trace long lost friends. The free information from my initial searching is a nice tool to get a fix on potential hits before committing money to get more detail. In my searching I made a mess of mixing up accounts and getting myself locked out. The staff at 192.com have been very obliging in helping me sort out the mess I made and get back on track and also I should mention, they had a very speedy response to my emails, which I much appreciated.
The Website for me was difficult to manage and seemed more focused on taking money. This is not unusual, but perhaps delivery of a useable service might be a better core value
Minus 1 star, scum, 'within current legislation' blah blah, ask for a number they ask do you eant to be connected, if you say yes you are paying £2.50 a minute !! I was put thru to DWP (ALSO USELESS BEYOND BELIEF) 30 futile mins later i have paid £75 !!! Shooting is too good for them.

I went to purchase a report from here and the search was for number house number 11 and I paid for house number 11 and ended up with house number 1. It cost £19.19 for the incorrect house. I want my money back. Very disappointed !! I have the search history to prove it. I have filed a complaint with PayPal on this!

I had to enquire about a number of things that i couldn't find on your website. Those issues could well benefit from a better exposure on your website home page. However, I used your helpline and the service was very good indeed. I think that if you were more open about your terms and conditions relating to buying and using the credits, you would get more business. It would save time having to use your help line as well.
The site is used by and for SCAMMING
