1stapostille Opiniones

I hired this service specifically because they promised a deadline of January 2nd for my Apostille. They completely failed to deliver on time, only sending the documents on January 5th. This delay almost jeopardized my entire business setup abroad and cost me significant time and money.
When I confronted them about their failure to respect the agreed deadline, they refused to issue a refund. They are liars who do not value their clients' time. A professional business keeps its word; these people only care about taking your money. If you have a tight deadline, DO NOT trust them. They will let you down and then hide behind their terms and conditions to avoid refunding you. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy."

Outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring at every step, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. Truly professional, efficient, and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Really satisfied! Very fast, excellent service for our wedding certificate. Received it within the time frame even during Christmas bank holidays. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received. There was genuine care & effort taken to ensure that my document was legalised as soon as it could be. Thank you very much.

Great communication and quick service, reasonably priced too compared to others thanks Anne-Marie!

Quick, easy, very efficient!!

This company delivered what they promised in the timescales outlined on their website. I liked that they gave an idea on how long each step would take, particularly as it was over the new year period with the bank holiday in the middle of the week. I knew where I stood before I started the application process

Great work and professional

I recently used 1st Apostille for the legalisation of two documents, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The entire process was unbelievably fast — my apostilled documents were completed and returned in record time. Their efficiency is outstanding.

Communication was equally impressive: every step was explained clearly, updates were prompt, and any question I had was answered immediately. It made the whole procedure smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free.

I highly recommend 1st Apostille for anyone who needs quick, reliable, and professional apostille services. An excellent service from start to finish.

Service was too slow, too many questions, additional verifications, delays. It took too long to process.Additional costs were involved also.

I have used 1st Apostille.. for almost 6 documents.. most were processed.. due to error of sending a copy, they were quick enough to identify the error and offer services for a replacement.
Elena and other staff and the managers are more than exceptional. Always contactable.. via email and phone.. always professional. I would highly recommend them. Will be using them again.

Great service, efficient, my package was delivered with the DHL express within 24hrs from UK to Norway. Thank you so much.
