Lee came and fitted a bay window for us yesterday which wasnt the easiest of of jobs but he did it to profection and window quality of the window is great the differance in warmth and noise reduction was amazing

The fitters arrived ,set up their tools and started the job no messing around no chatting just work ,they were clean ,quick very professional kept the area clean and tidy took away the rubbish all the was left for me to do was admire my new door

I had the front door replaced by 1st Glass UK. We had a dark grey with lead, tinted glass.
The fitter Lee was a very kind/professional at all times. The workmanship/fitting was to a very high standard and cleaned up at the end.

Great company for windows and doors at a reasonable price and great service from start to finish. They always go above and beyond. They also have a sister company if you need any repairs on your old windows or doors which we have also used a few times. Great service, great price and 100% recommend.

1st Glass beat all the quotes from local companies. Their non-pushy representative gave clear information about their products. I ordered 2 very large bay windows and a front door and surround. Despite driving 97km the 2 fitters arrived early and 'worked their socks off'. Apart from a short lunch break they didn't stop until they finished the job at 6.20 pm, facing the long drive back. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was meticulously done, and I am delighted with the results. They also left the new door, windows and frames sparkling clean, swept and vacuumed my floors inside and paths outside, and removed every trace of their work. Two very hard-working, helpful and pleasant men.
I would highly recommend this company for your new windows and doors.

Had two windows installed by Adil and Junaid. I was very impressed with how professional they were from start to finish. The quality off the windows are excellent. I would recommend 1st glass uk for there quality, workmanship and price, I will be definitely be having them back to do the rest of my home.

The whole task was smooth, from salesperson to completing the installation. We were updated all the way.

Will definitely use the team again as this was my second time around.

Utterly useless.
They don’t do a good job as they hire outside contractors so when things go wrong, which they did, they blame the contractors.
Avoid at all cost.
These guys will ghost you after a poor poor job.

Again, this is now on the hands of trading standards due to the incorrect item and woeful workmanship. Your company also is in breach of my consumer rights. I’m not sure why now you want to contact me as youve ghosted me for months.

The price beat a local large company who i had used previously. And I had an additional kitchen window included for several hundred pounds cheaper. The installation and quality of goods was excellent.

The whole process of salesman to the measuring and fitting was a very professional experience. Due out side fire damage and security concerns the job of two windows and kitchen door was replaced in two weeks the window fitter dave done an excellent job on windows that had been there 20 odd years that had been installed while the external brick wall was built and secured into the building the old school way and needed more work to remove but was done with the skills of a 1st class installer dave. Thanks for a great job and clean up and showing the workings of the locks.

I love my new windows and doors which were delivered and fitted by a team of fitters Rob and Dave who were professional, courteous and explained everything about how to lock and unlock windows more than once, they were very patient with me as an elderly customer. Our experience with 1st Glass began when I asked for a quote via Facebook. The sales guy was round our house that afternoon as he was in the area. It’s a shame but I cannot remember his name but he was a lovely guy, very polite and professional. What i loved the most about him was i did not feel pushed into buying and that sealed the deal. Then a guy came to take measurements he was also polite and professional. Then we got a phone call to get booked in, however, due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel our installation dates twice. We were however given plenty of notice annoying but not unreasonable.
Installation day came, we had a phone call the day before for expected time of arrival Stuart, Chris and Chris’s son turned up 9am polite, professional, courteous and hardworking kept us updated throughout took away all the rubbish and left it as clean as possible (i did tell them not to clean & hoover but as my partner states no one can do it as good as me) when they finished he told us to have a walk round and make sure everything was done to standard (id done this before they had finished the front door) really happy with the work, clean neat excellent finish. Courtesy call also following installation fab!

When I first contacted them they were clear helpful and understood exactly what I needed. They provided the quote the next day which was very helpful. They arrived on the agreed day and did a professional and fantastic job. They completed the work inside and outside to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I’m really pleased with my new doors. 1st glass phoned me the day before to let me know what time they were coming to fit my new doors. The chap that came to install my new doors was called Dave he arrived on time he was very friendly and professional after fitting the doors he showed me how everything worked once the doors were fitted. He tidied up after himself and also took away the old doors and door frames. Very happy with the work and the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. I would of given them a 5 star but I gave them a 4 because my house alarm doesn’t work now that is the only reason for the 4star and even though my alarm isn’t working I would still recommend them.
