The 16 of us loved our stay at Whitesands. The home is beautiful and in a great location. It was spacious enough for all of us! Well kept and clean. It was convenient having all the bikes and use of the golf cart. The beach towels that were provided saved us room when packing! Everyone said they got the best night sleep on the comfy mattresses! The communication with the property management company was excellent!

This property is spectacular. There was an issue with the 3rd floor a/c. The property managers addressed- the rooms up there have blinds but the light still comes in and the room just isn’t cool enough ( perhaps it’s time to look at different cooling options up there) we love the outdoor areas in this house. The downstairs porch is very well equipped and we spent a bunch of time out there.
The LSV is so nice!!! A perfect 10!!!
The pool is one of the biggest we have had in watercolor. Teens spent warm afternoons in it. Last time we stayed in this house there was a hammock and several chairs on the 2nd floor porch area. (Our teen girls were sad they weren’t there😎)
The kitchen has a new double oven and a new microwave.
I would give it 5***** if the 3rd floor was cooler.

"Dancing in the Sand" Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, and the location of this home was excellent. The management staff was also very responsive and friendly whenever we reached out. Unfortunately, the property itself fell short of expectations, especially for a peak-season rental.

The home could use a much more thorough cleaning and some much-needed maintenance. The floors were still sandy when we arrived, and the overall cleanliness, both inside and outside, left a lot to be desired.

Throughout our stay, we experienced several maintenance issues:

The downstairs flooded during a rainstorm because water came in under the door.
The Wi-Fi would not connect.
The golf cart would not start and had to be exchanged.
The air conditioning struggled to cool the house below 76°F for several days before it was serviced.
The outdoor gas fire pit would not light until maintenance came out and turned the gas on. Even afterward, the deck consistently smelled like gas, which makes us think there may be a leak and raised safety concerns.
The pool light was not working, making it uncomfortable to let the kids swim after dark.
Several boards around the exterior of the home felt soft and unstable, as though they could break at any time.

None of these issues alone would have ruined the trip, but together they made it feel like we were constantly dealing with one problem after another instead of relaxing. We made the best of our vacation and still had a great time because of the location, but for the price of this property, we expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. With some attention to cleaning, routine maintenance, and addressing the safety concerns, this could be an outstanding rental.

Thank you 360 Blue for your support in getting us a full propane tank in less than an hour. That was awesome! The house, Sandbox, is an awesome house on CSB. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beds were very comfortable.

This is our second year using 360 Blue for our rental in Watercolor. Highly recommend! We stayed at The Piper which is in a great location very near the Seaside square (quick 5 minute walk) and a short drive/bike ride to the Beach Club. We loved having the included LSV. Now I will need one for every visit! Beautiful home with everything you need to have a great vacation. Had a few very minor cleanliness/maintenance issues but nothing to dampen our stay. I would definitely chose this property again.

Our family couldn’t have been happier with this rental property and the customer service from 360 Blue ~ I’d give them 10 Stars if it was possible!

360 Blue was fabulous and the property we were at was perfect!! We had one little hiccup with the hot water and they had someone there within minutes to fix the problem!!! Everything else was perfect!!!

Most recent rental at 81 Needlerush Drive was subpar - house needs a deep clean - we were uncomfortable as we didn’t want to sit on anything; it was all stained so badly. We have had such great experiences in Watercolor - but this made for a long week …

My family and I have been going to Destin for over 12 years. We typically rent through 360 Blue. They seem to have upscale rental properties that we look for at a great price. They always take care of us if we need something and really help us to find the best rental for our trip and family. We will continue to use them in the future.

Our family has been vacationing along 30A for many years, and this is easily one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in.

We’ve always loved WaterSound because it’s quiet, beautiful, and feels much more relaxed than some of the busier 30A communities. The private beach is hands down our favorite on 30A. It’s never overcrowded, the sand and water are incredible, and having the complimentary two beach chairs and umbrella set up every morning was such a nice touch. We did rent six additional chairs through La Dolce Vita for our large group. Their service was excellent, although the rentals are definitely on the expensive side.

The home itself exceeded every expectation. The four-story layout, including the incredible Crow’s Nest, gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. The six bedrooms and eight bathrooms made it perfect for our entire extended family, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The chef’s kitchen was beautifully equipped, and the massive living and dining spaces made gathering together effortless. We especially loved the two enormous outdoor patios with dual grills, along with the private backyard pool, which became a favorite spot after long days at the beach.

Everything about the week felt effortless. The beach access was incredibly convenient, the home was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we were fortunate to enjoy perfect weather all week.

If you’re looking for a luxury family vacation home on 30A, I can’t recommend this property highly enough. It’s truly exceptional. Thank you to 360 Blue for another wonderful experience. We would gladly stay at 10 Compass Point Way again.

Antigua Sunsets was a great house. Well appointed and with nice starter set of cleaning products and even coffee. Talk about being right on the beach....literally steps to the beach. However, because of beach erosion it was not easy to access the beach behind the house so we used public beach access about 1 1/2 miles down the street. Not a major concern but renters should be made aware I think. 360 Blue's staff and maintenance people were exceptional.

Seahouse Escape was a perfect vacation rental. New furniture throughout and very clean. Short walk to the beach. The host was very quick with answers to my questions. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay had both positives and significant negatives.

The positives:
The location of the home was excellent, the bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped, and there were plenty of deck chairs and cushions. The major kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher) all worked well. The A/C was very good! Very important in Florida heat! When we contacted maintenance, they generally responded fairly quickly.

The negatives:
Unfortunately, many issues should have been addressed before our arrival. Two TV remotes had no batteries, requiring us to purchase replacements ourselves. The internet and TV service went out multiple times every day during our seven-day stay.

The biggest concern was the rodent problem. Rats were living around and underneath the house and were visible throughout the day, every day. Maintenance brought traps and poison bait, but this was clearly an ongoing issue. The outdoor grill was covered in rat droppings and had to be replaced with a used grill.

There is a “hidden step” outside both doors leading from the house to the pool - a definite tripping hazard that could easily be remedied with safety tape (drawing attention to the step). The pool light was burned out so the pool was very dark at night - along with poor outdoor lighting overall.

Additional problems included a dirty pool upon arrival (which was not cleaned until day three after we requested service), a non-functioning outdoor gas fire pit, a broken Ninja blender, kitchen cookware and bakeware that were in poor condition or missing altogether, and a garage door that was off its track and not repaired until day three.

The location of the beach shower was also inconvenient, as it was located underneath the house in a very dark area frequently visited by rats, requiring guests to walk through a dirty, sandy area to re-enter the home.

Overall, while the location was great and maintenance staff were responsive, the number and nature of the maintenance and cleanliness issues significantly impacted our experience.

This home is in need of some attention.

This was the best house we have ever rented in 20+years of going to the beach. The owners thought of everything! Great bedrooms, great baths, 2 washers, 2 dryers, extra large fridge, drink fridge, ice machine, 2 dishwashers, 2 garbage holders, inside games, outside games, beach chairs, 6 full size decks loaded with comfy furniture, I could go on and on about the extra plates, silverware, cooking utensils, blackstone, grill and more. Hot water all the time, house temp perfect all the time, super easy and close walk to the beach- great beach area. On a scale of 1-5, I would give it 7+++

This is the second time we rented from 360 Blue. Both times we have found the company very responsive to our needs. The first time we had a golf cart issue that was resolved with a new battery and the second time was a coffee table that was broken and caused a cut to our daughter. They responded quickly to remedy both situations with an attentive personable staff.

Outstanding communication, very responsive to questions. I only book through 360 blue now! They have the best properties.

95 Dadelion Dr is the perfect home for our family vacation. Plenty of parking and close to tennis courts. Shopping and restaurant are a short walk away. We missed the LSV that was there last year. And very disappointed that in three years of complaining the outdoor grill has not been repaired or replaced. It’s impossible to grill steaks for 12 people on a grill with several burners that don’t work.

I think 360 Blue as a management company does a good job. We just rented a home in Grayton that we've rented a couple times before and the interior gets more antiquated every year. The location is fabulous, as is the pool area, but the inside needs a total rework. My impression is the owner doesn't want to reinvest, but it will catch up to them eventually.

We have rented with 360 Blue many times at this point. We always have a good experience. We love visiting Watercolor. Booking with 360 Blue honestly gives me peace of mind that the rental will be clean and have everything we need. The only time I’ve had a bad experience at 30A was the ONE time I didn’t book through 360- seriously! Definitely recommend!

This place was amazing. Like seriously I didn't want to leave. It had everything you could possibly thing off and you 25 steps away from the beach what more could you possibly want. LOVEDDDDD THIS PLACE.
