There was 1 month delay registering
Did not acknowledge AML docs sent,
stated "not received" upon reminder,
Re-sent to same address, received!
Delay lost us a good investment opportunity.
Paper articles & certificate of registration, etc. are still awaited (+1 week).

Had ti wait far too long fir this to be done and could not speak to anyone for an update

Unfortunately not good service. They keep sending me emails to say that they are going to renew my service which I have sent on several times. I do not want.
I’ve explained that my company address has been changed by my accountant, but they still keep insisting that the service will renew How I get through to somebody to say that I do not want the service, having written multiple emails is now becoming a worry. Be careful not to sign up to something that you don’t want. It seems it cannot be reversed.

I paid for the full service back in August 2024, vat, company, mail, telephone service, registered trade address.

They started of well,

still waiting for the VAT number/ to be registered
still waiting for the company telephone number to be issued
not had any of my mail sent over to me from them

Simple and straight forward application process

I like that everything was as stated. I did not like that I could not get a hold of anyone when it was slightly delayed. There is no phone number to phone or the live chat does not work or respond

Very simple to set up the company.

Absolutely appalled by this company. I used them to set up a business address, I have paid and handed over all documentation needed and they have taken my money, however, I have been given no account to login with. I have had no correspondence from them whatsoever regarding setting up an account. I have tried using 'forgot password' on their website and received no email to reset or even set up an account. I emailed and supposedly they reply within two hours, I still have not received a reply. I tried calling and they told me to email or use their live chat service. Obviously, my email has gone unanswered and there is absolutely no one monitoring their live chat feature during business hours. I will be refuting the charge with my bank and getting my money back. You cannot run a business this way.
