I have emailed the Developers, they dont care, they ignore any and all attempts at contact, chargeback via my bank for any and all in app purchases I have made incoming. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I purchased the "Angel Investment" offer for €17.99.

A clear bug in the game's user interface made it technically impossible to activate the offer after payment.
I contacted customer support with detailed evidence. They confirmed my payment was successful.
Despite confirming they had my money, they refused to manually provide the product I paid for. Their justification was an absurd claim of "ensuring fairness," which is irrelevant when a company fails to deliver a paid product due to its own technical error.
Conclusion:
This company has effectively taken my money without delivering the advertised goods. Their customer support system seems designed to deflect responsibility and frustrate customers into giving up, rather than resolving legitimate issues.
This is not a matter of gameplay feedback; it is a fundamental failure of a paid transaction. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against spending any money on games from this publisher. If their system fails, you will likely lose your money and receive no meaningful support.

They have no support except ai that repeats the same no help stuff. They allow bullying and harassment and when you report it the ai says to block them and they will issue a warning how can you block the peoples actions. I want my money back i dont wish to support this behavior.

Der Support versucht einen hin zu halten und verlangt sogar Screenshots von E-Mails, die nicht gekommen sind. Mir fehlen 20000 Dias und diverse andere gute Spiel Belohnungen. Als Entschädigung habe ich ganze 200 Dias bekommen. Lachhaft. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Hab soviel Geld schon da rein gesteckt und die speisen einen mit 1 Euro ab und das, obwohl es nur um Bits and Bytes geht. . Nicht Empfehlenswert !!!
