Great website/company. I ordered a couple items, for my cordless Bissell vacuum, that were on backorder. It took slightly longer than the estimated time, but that's why it's an estimate. Items arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. I was kept informed by various emails throughout the process. 10/10. I will order again, if I have need for spare parts for my Bissell.

Regardless of the negative comments this company are great. Ordered an obscure foot hose for my Bissell crosswave pet pro on Monday evening. I got all emails of confirmation plus dispatch notifications. It was on my doorstep Thursday morning. Part fits perfectly. Saved me 200 quid on a new pet pro.

No response for any messages long waiting time But finally, I receive my item

Waited more than 4months for a bissell part, and have been trying to cancel and get a refund for several weeks without any response whatsoever, also requested that my complaint is passed to the Service Director, but no response there either surprisingly! Would never use this company ever again. The chat ‘facility’ has never worked yet, no telephone contact and no address, this has got to be a scam company!!!!!

What you are about to read may leave you skeptical about this company. I believe they are a genuine company now owned by the screw fix company (At least from my basic research), so before I placed an order on the website I concluded to the fact that they are owned by a genuine large parent company.

So I purchased this item for my Bissel stainpro 6 20096
It did not arrive on the first week so i contacted the customer service team by email (that is the only form of contact). They responded 2 days later saying the item is out of stock without an ETA on its return. This sounded a bit dodgy so i emailed for a refund. Again a response was sent 3 days later that they cannot issue the refund as it has been dispatched.

It was a very odd experience and i had no other choice as i needed this part and they were the only company who claimed to have it available.

It came eventually is my point and maybe asking for a refund expedited my request. but it is a legit company, just make sure to email them for updates.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS YOU ORDERED so they just take your money and spend months trying to find the part you ordered

I really should have had a look at these reviews prior to dealing with this company, ordered an item, 7 days later still not arrived, got in touch with the company who told me they would send an email to the warehouse to dispatch it now, WHAT DO YOU MEAN SEND AN EMAIL TO DISPATCH IT NOW!!!

Item was showing as in stock however I was then contacted to say item would be delivered within 28 days from date of order. That meant I should have received it 21st of June - followed up today and they have now said August despite sending me emails confirming June delivery.

No tracking information available for ordered parts, no phone number to contact, and email replies are useless. It has been over two weeks since I ordered , which has not been received yet, when the delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days

Paid for spare part and allegedly should have received emails advising placing the order and of shipping, and received nothing whatever from them at all.

Sent two complaint messages with no response either.

The most awful company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is absolutely non existent. No wonder their phone number is switched off !

Now contacting trading standards to report them.

Money was taken, but no order confirmation nor tracking number. Customer service does not exist.
I paid for the item and I am unable to use it as buying spare parts is not possible.

Was hesitant to use this company going by the reviews but cannot fault them at all ordered part at 5-6pm and it arrived next afternoon had emails through out the order process. Will absolutely use again if need be

Same cheap parts you can buy from eBay . I paid double the price thinking they were genuine parts but came as Chinese made just want you can get from eBay but twice the cost . Not original and cheaper on eBay .

Terrible! After contracting this company on live chat I ordered a brush cog band for my carpet washer. The band didn’t fit. I contacted them again, different part number but the exact same part arrived. Contacted them again, they will find the correct part and contact me. Didn’t hear from them they are now sending a courier to pick up the last ones, they probably cost the company a few pence but they paid for a courier. Asked the address they want it sent to, they didn’t tell me. Still no word or part. Hopeless.

4bissell.co.uk is the most awful company I’ve ever had to deal with. You can’t speak to anyone, as the phone lines are closed due to COVID, so you can’t ask for advice before you order, therefore chances are you will order the wrong part, like I did. My order was for £15.48 out of which I paid a hefty £5.48 delivery for an item that weighed practically nothing. When that happens, as it did to me, you have to return the item. You can return the item by printing a returns label. All straight forward you might think.... Wrong!!! I had to keep emailing 4bissell to get my refund, then I had to send them proof of posting, even though Royal Mail had confirmed they had received it back. When I finally got my refund, they only gave me £4.99. It would have been better for me to have kept the item. It looks like Ive paid £10.47 to return it to them.
My advice is to avoid this company. They are greedy and unhelpful. In the end, I got my spare part from eBay and I got a 1st class service.

I placed an order on the 17 January 2018 the money was deducted off my card immediately since then I can get hold of the customer agent - Sylvia Yardley from Connect Service who apparently distribute the product. I have emailed, phoned left messages through both 4bissell.co.uk and connect-service.co.uk websites and absolutely nothing. its 15 days with no a peep. all I can think is these are scam websites. I Can honestly say STAY AWAY from purchasing on them.
