Excellent fast delivery and superb to deal with

Searched for a company that could replace my noisy discovery sport timing chain at a ‘reasonable’ price compared to the main agents quote. Although this company, Warrington 4x4 was fifty miles away I decided to take my vehicle to them for the job doing. I rang and spoke to Chris and drove my vehicle to his workshop ( which is incidentally a couple of miles from the main sales garage. I was contacted the following day and informed my ‘auxiliary drive belt tensioning pulley’ was badly worn as well. As an ex HGV mechanic but now well retired I realised that the ‘whistling’ noise I had heard previously was exactly the noise you would hear from a worn pulley but I’d forgot after ten years retirement! I knew the timing chain was well past its best as my disco has over 120,000 miles on the clock so his specialist mechanic did the multi Vee belt and pulley as well ( at around half the add on cost to the job compared to doing it as a job on its own)
I am very very pleased with the whole experience even included ‘Chis’ posting an item back to me via first class post that I had left at his garage.
A long post I know but a genuine one, thanks again Chris at Warrington 4x4.

Ordered from them a few times now, tonneau cover and front bars, now a front bar for my Raptor. Honest friendly advice from the guys, and reliable delivery.

I ordered a plug and play electrics kit for my towbar, and it was exactly that.
It literally took me 30 minutes to fit,
Anything to do with electrics on my my truck normally I would give to a professional, but instructions were clear and straight forward.
I can now tow my boat again!

Excellent service from the start, quick delivery and quality product. What more do you want!

Good quality and well made kit which included a known brand of gas struts which was a confidence plus. The bonnet now lifts easily, stays up without propping from the original stay and closes down smoothly. Minor issue with the pictogram fitting instructions in my kit which showed left as right and vice-versa. I am told this will be amended. Overall very pleased with the kit.

After receiving delivery of a canopy that had obviously suffered damage to a roof bar in transit, the courier disputed, but Rob, who I contacted about the issue dealt with it swiftly and the replacement bars arrived less than a week later.
Excellent service and communication, would highly recommend.

I thought I'd found a great resource for my truck. I've bought a number of products that were great. But the test of a good company is how it deals with issues when they go wrong. And unfortunately 4x4at failed miserably at this. I bought a product that clearly didn't work, and despite emails and phone calls they just didn't sort it (it would have been easy to sort too). So sadly I won't buy from them any more

Had an issue with a product, but the after-sales support was spot on. Robert was responsive, helpful, and sorted things without any hassle.

Can’t ask for more — would definitely use again.
